Design, Manufacturing, Providing and Fitting of (8 x 6) ft long MS gate at LIS Adipora by way of fabrication of top and bottom Guide channels out of ISMC 100 and fitted with the guide of suitable size bar at the bottom. The job includes fabrication of 8x6 ft frame fabricated out of ISA 75 x 75 x 5 angle or nearest standard required as per site by means of cutting and welding using superior quality electrodes with suitable sliding arrangement in the guide channels. The small door frame size of 7x3 ft shall be fabricated out of ISA 50 x 50 x 5 angle iron or nearest standard required as per site with cutting and welding. The frame shall be provided and fitted with 8ft long (50 x 25 x2) mm rectangular MS tubes with adequate spacing between the tubes. The door frame shall be covered with MS 3mm plate by means of cutting and welding covering an area of (3 x 6) ft in totality. The gate shall be provided and fitted with suitable locking and sliding arrangements. The whole structure shall be applied with a coat of metal oxide and black/ blue enamel paint of superior quality in two coats. The DP box fitted in the machine room shall be relocated to the suitable place in order to provide necessary sliding movement to the gate.
