M & L for taking down of ceiling fan/exhaust fan any type and capacity including transporation to civil workshop for necessary lathe work, making slot for bearing pin, inserting or removing of bearing etc including servicing and exmining the rotor, stator, bearings, bushes, widing etc for serviceability and reparing/replacing the defective parts subsequently and make fan complete serviceable noice free and smooth functioning and bring back from workshop including painting of two coat and MES numbering of existing paint and refixing/hanging at existing location including making electrical connection and testing complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note :- i) The quoted rate is deemed to be include the rate of necessary fan hook of any size with clamps nut bolts and hanging rod if required. ii) The defective parts shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items of this schedule.

S & F in replacement of fan blades (set of three) of any type and any sweep fan complete all as directed.

S & F in replacement of metalic clamps (min 3mm thick) rubber bush, nut bot, washers and cotter pin for ceiling fan complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for taking out defective/burnt out windings of ceiling fans of various makes of size 1200mm sweep working on 230/250 volt single phase AC supply and rewinding with supper enamelled new copper wire of appropriate gauge including varnishing with good quality varnish 'baking up , reassembling the fan, testing including replacement of connector, flexible wire of size 23/0.0040 three core up to one metre all as specified by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix Ceiling fan 1200 mm sweep AC 230 Volts 50 Hz capacity including necessary fan hook suitable size of hanging rod come out from ceiling complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S & F Exhaust fan 300 mm sweep with louvers, 240 volt, single phase including making connection and cutting holes of suitable dia for exhaust fan in any type of wall including finishing and make good as per existing surrounded wall complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge .
