Taking down unserviceable any type of pole and Supply & erect in repair in position steel tubular pole swagged type as per IS 2713 complete with MS base plate finial tapper plug cap bolt, nut, screws etc all as specified for swaged pole of type 410 SP 31 , 09 mtrs long incl painting with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide paint all as directed including removing existing pole.( Note :- Excavation and earth work and PCC in foundation shall be measured and paid separately) Make : Electrosteel/ Indian Pole/ Singh Profiles/ Kalki tubes & Poles

M&L for earthing complete with galvanized steel pipe electrode,40mmbore,medium grade,2.5 Mtrers length,buried directly and preferably vertically in ground with top edge not less than 1.25 meters below ground leavle cinnected with earthing lead of 4mm dia galvanised iron or steel wire all as shwn in Plate no-2 to the earthing test point all as specified and indicated including testing on completion.

Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60×60cm.× 6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less'than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to galvanised earth lead using galvanised iron strip 25×4mm as earthing lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion

Taking out LT Cable of any size(10 sqmm 2/4 core to 240 sqmm 3.5 core) for reuse or under Schedule of credit to contractor. Note:- Excavation is not included in quoted rate and will be measured & paid separately.

Supply ,laying ,commossionong,testing in repair UG cable 70 Sq mm x 3.5 core ,XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded ,galvanized steel strip or wire armoured ,electric power cable heavy duty 1100 volts grade with stranded aluminum conducter all as directed- Make :- Gloster/ Polycab/Vishal.

M&L cross arms, bracing supports, clamps, back plates, hooks etc fabricated from structural steel section (MS channel, angle sections, flat, round or square bars ) for reqd sizes and shape including bolts nuts & washers welding bending cutting cold or hot drilling holes for inserting in any shape or size as indicated or directed complete incl painting ( one red oxide primer coat two coats of aluminium paint ) complete.

Supply and fix GI strip 25 x 3.15mm with saddles and fixing screws etc. for roof conductors and down conductors above ground all as directed.

Dismentling / Taking down old Aluminium conductor steel rainforced any type and size.

Supply, stringing, streaching and binding in replacement with insulator, ACSR conductor (Weasel /ferret/Mink) on HT/LT Poles including providing of necessary jumpers, connecting all existing incoming and out going connections etc all as specified & directed.

Re-Fixing/re-stringing Aluminium conductor steel rainforced of any type and size on existing steel tubular / PCC poles including winding, jumpering with alkathine pipe etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling and taking down insulators of any size from dismantled/existing LT poles of any type or description complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for LT insulator, PIN type 1100 volts as per IS 1445, grade of size 100mm height, 65mm dia, porcelain, vitreous, white or brown including one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washers and one galvanised iron nut including taking down existing unserviceable insulator all as directed. Make;- Elpro or equivalent.

Fixing only LT insulator, PIN type, 1100 volts grade of size 100mm height, 65mm dia, porcelain, vitreous, white or brown including one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washers and one galvanised iron nut including taking down existing unserviceable insulator all as directed. Make;- Elpro or equivalent.

Excavation in trenches Soft / loose soil not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth and getting out all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches for errection of poles etc.,n. exc 1.5m wide, exc 1.5m and n. exc 3.0m in depth and getting out in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in soil, including spreading, leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point of any type of excavation all as specified and directed.

Demolition of PCC coping , base , etc any type any location all as directed.

M&L for provision of PCC 1:4:8, type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth, platforms, pole coping etc., all as specified and as directed.

M & L for plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth, platforms, pole coping etc., all as specified and as directed.
