Taking down carefully aluminum flame proof point wiring complete of any type (surface ERW conduit for light point, fan point, or power point complete with all fitting such as rotary switches, sockets, fan regulators etc complete and making good disturbed surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engg-in-Charge.

Taking down carefully Flame proof Hanger light fittings of any description from existing position from Hanger/Stores complete all as specified and directed by Engg-in-Charge.

Taking down old sub main wiring including rigid steel conduit with all accessories and removing to and making good disturbed surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engg-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for point wiring for one light point controlled by one flameproof switch, complete with 1.5 Sqmm multi-stranded copper conductor PVC insulated, unsheathed, FR-LSH (Flame Retardant Low Smoke & Halogen) cable 1100 volts grade ISI marked drawn and including mild steel ERW conduit not less than 20 mm dia, including all accessories like bend, tees, junction boxes etc. including 1.5 Sqmm multi-stranded copper conductor PVC insulated, unsheathed, FR-LSH cable as a earth wire connected to common earth dolly, etc complete all as specified and directed by Engg-in-Charge.

All as per item No 04 above but wiring with 2.5 Sqmm multi-stranded copper conductor PVC insulated, unsheathed fire retardant low smoke & Halogen, cable and 2.5 Sqmm multi-stranded copper conductor PVC insulated, unsheathed fire retardant low smoke, cable as earth wire connected to common earth dolly for 15 Amps multipurpose socket outlet on independent board, controlled with one way switch.

Supply and fix in repair Flame proof rotary switch ( Isolator ) rating 16 Amps. Single pole ON /OFF in aluminium alloy LM 6 Construction with one/ 2 nos, 3/4 " ET entries, certified by CMRS , Dhanbad for Group I, IIA, IIB, complete complete all as specified and directed by Engg-in-Charge. Supply and fix in repair Flame proof switch socket combination rating 16 Amps, 250V , Single pole ON /OFF switch and 2P + Earth, Triangle type pins in aluminium alloy socket LM 6 Construction with Plug , certified by CMRS , Dhanbad for Group I, IIA, IIB, complete all as specified and directed by Engg-in-Charge. Supply and fix in repair flame proof and weather proof industrial type DBs with various combination of incoming and outgoing MCB suitable for and including (a) 01 No MCB TPN 63 Amps, C type (incoming) (b) 06 Nos MCB SP 10 Amps C type (c) 2 Nos MCB SP 20 Amps C type including necessary connection complete all as specified and directed by Engg-in-Charge. Supply and fix in repair Flame proof Ceiling fan 1200 mm in aluminium alloy LM 6 Construction , certified by CMRS , Dhanbad for Group I, IIA, IIB, including taking down old fan and deposited in Store yard of AGE E&M complete all as specified and directed by Engg-in-Charge. Note For BOQ Item No 14 to 18:- 1. All Flameproof LED light procured by the contractor shall pre tested in accordance with LM 79 by manufacturers for individual Flameproof LED products, in their own laboratory accredited by National Accreditation Board for Testing and Calibration Laboratories (NABL) or UL or third party laboratory accredited by National Accreditation Board for Testing and Calibration Laboratories (NABL)........

.....Contractor shall submit documentary evidence obtained from manufacturer of LED light fitting that laboratory in which testing has been carried is accredited by National Accreditation Board for Testing and Calibration Laboratories (NABL) along with sample of LED fitting all as specified under relevant PS clause. 2. All fitting should be Mfg date After July 2017 and their guarantee letter also submit to Engineer in Charge

Material & Labour in repair for sub main wiring with 2 run single core multistranded copper conductor cable of size 2.5 Sqmm, PVC insulated, unsheathed, FR-LSH (Flame Retardant Low Smoke & Halogen), drawn through and including mild steel ERW conduit not less than 20 mm dia with all necessary fitting and including one run single core multistranded copper conductor cable, of size 1.5 Sqmm, PVC insulated, unsheathed, FR-LSH as earth wire, fixed on wall / ceiling, complete. Note: 2 Runs of main cable and one run earth wire with conduit will be measured as one Unit for payment.

Note: 2 Runs of main cable and one run earth wire with conduit will be measured as one Unit for payment.

Supply and fix in repair weather proof & flame proof PVC knob suitable for flame proof DBs/Flame proof Switch rotary as per reqd at site and complete all as specified and directed by Engg-in-Charge.

Material and labour for renewal of earthing complete with galvanized iron earth plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m deep below normal ground.......
