Supply, install, commissioning, testing & lowering of submersible pump mixed flow type set 174m head, RPM 2900, 1100 liter per minute electric driven couple with 3 phase electric motor not less than 75 HP/55.7 KW and MOC as Suction Casing - CI, Stage Bowl - CI, Suction Strainer - Galvanised MS, Impeller - Bronze, Wearing ring - Bronze, Valve Body - CI, Valve Seat - CI, Valve Dish - CI with all accessories including GI flanged, reducer, nipple.in for above rating motor all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge. Model BPH 384/8+NB 753 Make KSB or Kirloskar / Calama.

Supply, install commissioning and testing of vertical open well submersible pump 415 volts, 3 phase, 15 HP/11 KW, 100/80 mm out let 44 meter head, 1100 LPM (70m3hr) , 2 Stage pump, Model MRV(T) with all accessories including MOC Stage casings CI, Impellers - Cast Iron, Suction Casing - CI, Adaptor/Bracket - CI, Rotor - Copper, Rotor Shaft - Chrome Steel, Stator - Polywrap, Stator Jacket - CI, Radial Bearings - Bronze, thrust Bearing - Carbon 40 mtr cable inclusive of compatible star delta starter for above rating motor all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge. Make KSB/ Kirloskar / Calama.

Dismentling ,opening, rewinding and refixing induction motors of centralfugal pump set with super enameled coper wire of existing gauge and existing class insulation including superior quality varnishing ,heating /drying cools,making connections from coil to terminal box ,greasing ball bearings, spray painting with two coats of synthetic enamal paint, necessary mechanical work for shaft/bearing housing, transportation from installation to workshop & back ,connecting, testing and commissioning at site for satisfactorly operation as required for site.

Renewal of u/s voltage sensing phase failure relay ,auto reset 40+6 volts phase unbalance type inclusing electrical connection DIN rail mounted as per minilecmodel ALV D2 or equivalent in L&T or BCH as approved.

Rewinding of auto transformer 440 volts, AC supply with super enamelledcopper wire of existing guage including varnish heating , insulating sleeves etc complete.

Renewal of u/s panel mounted AC voltmeter moving coil type (0-600) volts 96mmx96mm size as or AE model no SMR-96 or equivelent in Havells or HPL as approved .

Renewal of u/s panel mounted AC Ammeter moving coil type volts 96mmx96mm size as or AE model no SMR-96 or equivelent in Havells or HPL as approved .

Renewal of u/s electronic timer 12-120 sec type ST 100 of L&T or equivalent in Havells or C&S complete.

Renewal of u/s single phase preventer type ES 100 of L&T or equivalent in Havells or C&S complete .

Sundry items like varnish, insulation sleeves, wiring, heating etc to complete the job.

Supply,Install, connecting, testing and commissioning of high pressure single head adjustable "AQUAFIT" chlorine dosing system : accessories must include the folowing : Preparation tank Model Mo AQUA1005 of net capacity 170 ltrs. FRP dosing tank dia 650 mm x net height375 mm+ conical 300 mm. Gross height with stand strainer. Drain, overflow, conical bottom for sludge deposition, pot hole with cover, level gauage, agitator 120 watt 900 RPM single phase flange mounted motor with plastic shaft and impeller and service tank Model No AQUA 1006 of net capacity 100 ltrs of FRP dosing tank TOP dia 540 mm x bottom dia 480 mm x height 575mm consisting of water inlet line, dosing pump inlet arrangemenet , drain overflow level gauage inspection port agitator 120 watt 900 rpm single phase flange mounted motor with plastic shaft and imperller. provision of mounting lid.

Make : (i) AQUAFIT of Rayalaseema or equivalent of Capital Control / Sombani Environ Engg / Palterson / Maic (India) as approved. (ii) Testing Material ; Dosing pump shall be tested at site supplied with 900 Kg of Puri Chlor (Calcium Hyproclorite) 65% to 70% chlorine content with warranty of 1 yr from the date of commissioning. Make of Chemical : Sree Rayalaseema Hi Strength Hypo Ltd. (iii) Note:- Cost of testing materials shall be included in above rate.

M&L for Supply and installation of Sdec cylinder block for 250 KVA DG Set (MES No - 117/6006-DG/12) complete with gasket/ruber seal as per manufacturer specification of Mahindra including dismantling of old unserviceable block through Mahindra authorised service provider complete all as directed.

M&L for dismantling of Greaves make 250 KVA alternator, checking thoroughly both stater and rotor complete. After getting faults or less megger value in any winding of stater and rotor it will be rectified with complete re-winding with existing size of super ennameled copper wire and taking desired megger value including testing on full load after coupling and allignment with engine through authorised service provider complete all as directed.

M&L for charging of Greaves make 250 KVA Alternator by applying class-I varnish, heating to improve insulation resistance value and removing moisture from winding and testing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for dismantling of Engine starter assembly by unscrewing nuts and bolts, checking any damage, finding the faults and make it serviceable by re-winding and testing after re-fixing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for repair and replacement of electrical wiring of 250 KVA DG Set (MES No - 117/6006-DG/12) from control panel to engine, alternator, starter, actuator, battery termination etc with suitable size of copper conductor complete all as per manufacturer specification and specified.

M&L for dismantling of FIP (Fuel Injection Pump) and opening and serviceing by replaceing wear and tear parts and testing complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for dismantling the 250 KVA DG Set (MES No - 117/6006-DG/12) diesel engine cylinder , piston assembly, PT fuel pump, etc. cleaning and inspecting all dismantled parts for wear and tear, checking tolerance limit, reconditioning the cylinder heads, replacing the required spare parts as directed, reassembling all the parts adjusting timing and tuning and testing the engine M&M recommended service staff and after completing the repair work, external painting of the engine with specified colour coat and writing the SM No. and MES no. including reassembling the engine through Mahindra authorised service provider and testing on load complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Note : Required spare parts for above job will be measured and paid separately)
