Dismantling wall, hearth,floor tiling including cement mortar bedding, removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified.

M&L for coloured glazed ceramic tiles 300x450x7 mm thick as per IS 13712 Grade II(a) over 15mm thick rendering in CM (1:6) set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with colour cement to match on vertical surfaces as in dado (colour and pattern as approved by GE) complete all as specified.

M&L for Non -skid Ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (white), area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6) complete all as specified.

M&L for Virified Ceramic tiles 9-10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including 15mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6) complete all as specified.

All as item No 9.00 above but as in skirting including 10mm thick backing coat in CM 1:4 complete all as specified.
