Uprooting rank vegetation and weeds by digging the area to a depth of 60 cm removing all weeds and other growth with roots by forking repeatedly, breaking clods, rough dressing, flooding with water, uprooting fresh growth after 10 to 15 days (HSR 33.11)

Turfing of lawns with fine grassing including, Ploughing, dressing including breaking of clods, removal of rubbish, dressing and Supplying doob roots at 10 cm apart Including supplying and spreading of Farm-Yard manure at the rate of 0.60 Cum per 100 Sqm to entire satisfaction of Engineer incharge. (HSR 33.17)

Digging of holes 0.75m dia and 0.75m deep in all kind of soil and refilling the same with excavated earth , mixed with 1/3rd well rotten farm yard manure(0.11cum) (to be measured in stacks), disposal of surplus earth and application of 25gm Diammonium phosphate fertilizer in top layer, mixing well and watering 25Ltr. water.

Supply and plantation of disease free healthy looking tree plants with foliage dia meter1 to 1.25 mtr stem dia meter at base 2" to 3", to be supplied in 13" x 13" poly bags 7' to 8' in height of ornamental tree species like Delonix regia, Erithrina indica or other similar varieties. Watering with 25Ltr. water, application of 10ml chlorpyriphos 20% EC (Drusban) stacking with 10' long 1.25" dia mtr, painted with green paint bamboo stick, making of fine basin after 2 days of plantation.

Supply and Plantation of disease free healthy looking foliage specimen plants with dia meter 1to 1.25mtr stem dia meter at base 2" to 2.5", to be supplied in 13" x 13" poly specimen tree, plumerea alba 8' to 10' , Ficus blackiana 5'-6', Ficus regionolds 5'-6', chorasia speciosa 6'-7' , 7'-8', Polialthia longifolia 6'-7' , Polialthia pendula 6'-7' , Plumeria rubra 8'-10', Cassia fistula 7'-8'. watering with 25Ltr. water, application of 10ml chlorpyriphos 20% EC (Drusban) stacking with 10' long 1.25" dia mtr, painted with green paint bamboo stick, making of fine basin after 2 days of plantation.

Supply and plantation of furcaria yellow,Juniperus spp, golden bottle brush topiary etc. watering with 25Ltr. water, application of 10ml chlorpyriphos 20% EC (Drusban) stacking with 10' long 1.25" dia mtr, painted with green paint bamboo stick, making of fine basin after 2 days of plantation. Provision for supply and laying of HDPE water pipe line 1 1/2" size (50mm outer dia meter) of ISI mark and reputed brand like National, JISL, Netafem, Harvel etc. including digging of trench , jointing with HDPE /PVC self threading coupler , or other specials, shadle piece and making connection every 50Mtr. with 5' design bend GI 3/4" B Class Nipples and ISI Mark B Class specials, 3/4" brass Ball valves of reputed brand like Jolota , making 30cm x 30cm x 30 cm Block of cement concrete 1:2:4 over the Joint of Hydrent, Testing and refilling the trench and well compacting and dressing after watering the trench. (As per Analysis )

Planting permanent hedge including digging of trenches , 60Ccm wide and 45cm deep refilling the same with excavated earth, mixed with farm yard manure, supplied at the of 4.65cm per 100 mtr and supplying and planting hedge plants at 30cm apart (HSR33.19)

Provision for 1’dia 1st quality PVC water hose pipe of Winner/Rajdoot .

Provision for Installation of Submersible Tube well with 2 hp motor at 250' depth (NOTE :-Maintainance of work free of cost(Mtc. Liability period for six months. Sr no 1 to 16.
