Consultancy services for the Architectural/Structural drawings for the re-construction of Community Hall with accommodation Basement Parking, One Hall, 02 Kitchen, 03 toilets blocks at Ground Floor at double height, One Hall, 04 rooms for bride & groom, 01 store rooms at First Floor double height, One Hall, 02 nos. rooms (for bride, groom) with 03 nos. toilet blocks at Second Floor double height, One Hall, 04 rooms for bride & groom, 01 store rooms at Third Floor double height, One Hall, 02 rooms for bride & groom, 03 nos. toilets double height at Fourth Floor and building should be enriched with Air Conditioner, lift & modern structure facility at Village Kotla Mubarakpur i/c total station survey, existing available space and requirment as per direction of competent authority/Engineer in charge considering all the norms/IS codes including earth quake factor etc for all floors including required site visit and submmision of all relevent layout/ working Architectural drawings and structural drawings in six sets completed within 15 days from the date of issue of work order including detailed drawings for water supply, details of doors and windows, fire fighting, electrical, strom water drainage and submission of detailed estimate and tender documents. Strutural drawings will be got checked by from third party at the cost of contrator/consultant.
