M&L for 25mm average thick PCC (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in roof levelling course complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick in CM (1:3) on concrete surfaces of roof padding with integral water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement content finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply only integral water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3 kg/sqm and minimum 3.0mm thick reinforced with polster non wove fabric (wt. not less than 150 gms/ sqm) laid over primed/ tack coat of paving bitumen 85/ 25 on roof surfaced by forced applicaion complete including taking down/ removal of existing treatment complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of plain or corrugated steel/ FRP sheeting, any gauge, thickness etc as in roof covering/ wall cladding etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F pre-painted galvatume aluminum zinc coating GI based Plain/ corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 2mm thick fibre glass reinforced translucent corrugated with two corrugations side lap fixed with coach screw and washer in roof and/ plain sheeting in wall cladding/ fencing on iron frame etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp insulation etc) of any thickness including cover fillets and frame work complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 605mm x 605mm size anodised aluminium snap grid frame work for false ceiling including hangers of 3 mm dia wire complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per Item No. 145 above but repair/ fixing only by tightening/ fixing of binding wire or mild steel 4 mm dia wire complete all as specified and as directed.

Notes:- (i) The contract is based on daily/ rutine maint/ repair / replacement nature of work. The deployment of contractor's Supervisor is compulsory and he will report office 9.00 AM daily except Holiday to collect Job cards for daily complaints and submit completed Job cards duly signed by users/ occupants/ unit MES Rep in the evening at 17.00 PM on daily basis to concerned JE (Civ)/ Engr-in-Charge. He will also maintain a complaint register of date wise completed Job and the same to be put up to GE on fortnight basis. (ii) If the contractor fails to deploy the supervisor at site for supervision of work, a panelty @ 645/- per working day to be recovered through payments at the time of submitting of RARs/ Bills for supervisor's absent period.

(iii) The tradesmen deployed by the contractor will always be inpossession of their working tools , glass / wiremesh cutter and small items like Nails, Screws, wooden/ plastic gutty , water taps/ cocks and flushing cistern washers, Threads/ spunyarns etc , to be provided by the contractor for repairs/ maints work required for plumbing / sanitary fittings and carpenter work. (iv) A Joint Register to be maintained by the Contractor and Department for proper accounting of petty items which were repaired/ replaced at site. Daily updatation/ feedback to be given to concerned JE (Civ)/ Engr-in-Charge.
