Supply, install, test and commissioning of step down transformer outdoor type suitable for plinth mounting complete with standard accessories or fittings suitable for HT 11 kV / 433 volts (at no load), AC, 3 phase, 50 cycles, 4 wire, capacity 100 KVA, double copper wound, oil immersed, CRGO core type, naturally cooled, built-up with class "A" insulation conforming to IS-1180 (Part-I) 2014 complete all as specified and as directed for the following :-

(a) Continuous rating : 100 KVA

(b) No load voltage ratio : 11KV / 433 V

( c ) Energy efficiency level :3

(d) Tapping on HV : +/-7.5% in steps of 2.5% for variation of HV

(e) Phase and frequency : 3 Phase & 50 Hz

(f) Vector group : Dyn-11

(g) Cooling : ONAN

(i) Terminal arrangement :

(i) HV side : Quadfurcating Cable box with 03 Nos bushing type terminals for connecting HT XLPE cable and 01 No for earthing.

(ii) LV side : Quadfurcating Cable box with 05 Nos compression glands for PVC cable, 01 No additional neutral terminal will be brought out separately for earthing purpose.

(j) First filling of new and unused transformer oil conformimg to IS-335-1993 (fourth revision) shall be marked, filtered and tested upto 60 kV instantaneous dielectric strength at 2.5mm air gap between testing electrodes.

Supply and fix HT XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cable (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor, 11000 volts grade,(earthed), 3 core, cross sectional area 95 sqmm in trenches / drawn through pipe / fixed on walls/ bare in road crossings / paths / drains / ducts / floors / fixed on poles / equipments including taking out cable complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix Cable jointing kit for 11 kV (Earthed) grade cable for outdoor termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 50 sqmm to 95 sqmm including taking out joint kits complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling the earth chamber, Excavation and removing the unserviceable earthing materials along with unserviceable earth electrodes from the existing unserviceable earth pits pertains to installations / buildings and M&L for providing earthing with GI earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 6.3 mm thick burried directly in ground vertically to depth of not less than 2.25 mtr deep below normal ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr below ground level connected to GI earth strip of 32x6mm by means of bolts, nuts, washers of GI and provision of earth lead, GI protection pipe with 15mm light grade galvanized including necessary earth work in any type of soil, PCC 1:3:6 type CI (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) earth chamber and 1:2:4 type B1 RCC cover fitted with50mm thick with 6mm dia MS bars complete all as shown in SSR Pt - 1 electrical plate No 3. Note : Quoted rate deemed to include the cost or excavation and earth work PCC Chamber, funnel cover etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling the earth chamber, Excavation and removing the unserviceable earthing materials along with unserviceable earth electrodes from the existing u/s earth pits pertains to installations/ buildings and M&L for providing earthing complete with Copper earth plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 3.0 mm thick buried directly in ground earth pit not less than 2.25 Mtr deep below ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 Mtr below normal ground level, Alternate layers of charcoal) & common salt Crystal, in and including back filling compund in layers and filling up with black cotton soil upto the top edge/ ground level and connected to copper earth strip 20 x 3 mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts & washers of copper and connecting to earth dolly, equipment all as shown in electrical plate No. 5 of SSR Part I of 2009 & testing complete including 40mm dia light grade GI pipe upto 7.5 mtr long, excavation in any type of strata, PCC ( 1:3:6 ) type C1 earthing chamber, pre cast slab 50 mm thick in cement concrete ( 1: 2 : 4 ) type B 1 ( reinforced with welded steel wire fabric (XPM) weight not less than 4 Kg / Sqm with frame, including 20 mm bore water pipe medium grade GI Tubing including GI Funnel , wire mesh etc. ( NOTE :- Copper earth continuity conductor 20x3 and GI light grade protection pipe 40mm dia beyond 7.5 mtr shall be measured and paid under the respective items ). complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth for taking out / for laying under ground cables / pipes etc and getting out in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and spreading fine river sand in trenches for cushioning of under ground cables complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Only punned thickness 18 cm will be measured and paid.

Returning filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cms complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated soil to a distance not exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Disconnection and removing the unserviceable PCC cable covers and Supply and laying unreinforced pre cast concrete cable cover class HV, Type I, flat, size 300 mm x 180 mm x 40 mm for cable protection,made out of M-20 grade concrete, etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repairs GI Steel tubing light grade of 80 mm dia along with fittings in trenches / wall for cable protection complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down old transformer and shifting from existing site to MES store yard complete all as specified and as directed. (NOTE:- Quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of transport , loading and unloading at MES store yard)
