HOSPITAL PROJECT AT GMC YAMUNA NAGAR, HARYANA ( Pkg-01 )

Engineering, Procurement, and Construction of Hospital Building (RCC framed structure) (Basement+G+7) i/c architectural planning, structural design with recommended type foundation as per existing soil strata & ground water table at site and structure/retaining walls designed to take load of Superstructure complete including Furnishing, Architectural Features e.g. Cladding, Façades, Structural Glazing, Projections, etc. all complete and planning & designing of all E&M services i/c MOT(SMS), MGPS, Integration, kitchen, Laundry, CSSD, LMO&PSA , Furniture etc. as per provisions contained in tender document and building the same and handover to Owner after successfully commissioning of all Civil and E&M services as per scope of work, Technical Specification stipulated in Tender all complete as per directions of Engineer- In-Charge. ON EPC CONTRACT BASIS. (Note: Plinth Area of following structures are to be considered for payment purpose)

The Following Development of premises, Infrastructure civil facilities of the project required as per scope of work i/c architectural planning , designing of services as per stipulated specifications and drawings attached complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge, which includes: ON EPC CONTRACT BASIS.

LEVELLING, INTERNAL ROADS, PATHS & COVERED WALKWAY PARKING ETC. as per drawing (area marked under Package-1), battery limit & scope of work as mentioned in the tender document : (a) Levelling (b) Internal Reinforced cement concrete road with vaccum dewatered concrete (c) Footpath with kerb stone , (d) Parking (d) Covered walkway (e) f) Grass paver along the periphery of the individual buildings upto the adjoining road/footpath as per scope of work, drawing, Tender Document all complete as per directions of Engineer- In-Charge

SEWERAGE SYSTEM ETC as per drawing, battery limit & scope of work as mentioned in the tender document :. (a) Civil and E&M work of UGT-1 & Pump House, STP-1, ETP-1 alongwith all equipment and accessories complete in all respect etc. (b) Filter Water Supply from the UGT-1 to individual buildings, from STP-1/ETP-1 to UGT-1, from UGT-1 to HVAC plant room (c) Distribution lines of required diameter pipes, (d) Peripheral grid of required diameter pipes (e) Unfiltered water supply distribution lines from individual building to the STP-1/ETP-1, (f) Storm water drain for the individual building & along the road, as applicable, (g) Rain Water Harvesting (RWH), (i) Trenchs for services, (j) Underground Sump etc k) Make up water line from UGT-1 to STP-1 l) Tubewell boring & WTP m) Main water supply line from Borewell & source of Supply to UGT-2

HORTICULTURE WORKS : (a) Horticulture Operations including earth filling , grassing, tree plantations/shrubs and potted plants including tree guard etc. , (b) Existing Tree cutting, replantation, relocation if required and maintenance of the same till DLP

EXTERNAL FIRE FIGHTING WORKS : External Fire fighting works for the hospital building including supply and installation of fire hydrant system, fire pumps etc complete in all respect, Fire Pumps in the Pump Room/UGT-1 and Piping work from the Pump room/UGT-1 to the individual buildings under scope.

STREET LIGHTING WITH LED, EMERGENCY LIGHT, SOLAR LIGHT & ILLUMINATED SIGNAGES, DIRECTIONAL SIGNAGES ETC. along the road as per drawing, battery limit & scope of work as mentioned in the tender document : (a) Supplying, installation, testing and commissioning of LED Street / Solar/ Compound /High mast / Pathway / Landscape Lighting , (b) Illuminated signages for external area as applicable, Directional Signages C) CCTV Camera & LV works etc as per requirement

"NOTE:- THE ABOVE RATE SHALL BE INCLUSIVE OF ALL TAXES & DUTIES, ROYALTIES, CESS, ENVIORMENTAL & POLLUTION, FITNESS & SAFETY CLEARANCE CHARGES (IF ANY), OR ANY OTHER INCIDENTAL CHARGES ETC BUT EXCLUDING GST."
