Preparation of new or previously untreated wooden surfaces of any description, not otherwise, described, over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamal paint over a coat of pink primer complete all as specified.

Dismantling, floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for water proofing treatment to non accessible RCC roofs by providing 10mm thick screed in CM 1:3 mixed with & including water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement & applying one coat of bituminous primer @ 0.30 kg/sqm & laying APP based polymer modified membrane with polyster non woven reinforced of weight not less than 3 kg/sqm 3mm thick with polythene finished sealing with side over laps of 75mm & 100mm laps at the ends of membrane by torch application method & applying two coats of aluminium paint as per the makes approved by the Engr-in-Charge.

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in, levelling coarse complete all as speificed and directed
