Earth work in excavation for all type of road structure such as retaining walls, breast walls, culverts , drains and parapets etcetera in all type of classification of soil comprising of ordinary soil, ordinary rock, hard rock chiseling /wedging out rocks ( Where blasting is prohibited) as per drawings and M.O.R.D. technical specification clause 305.1 and disposal of materials upto any lead and upto any lift including dressing of sides and bottom and back filling in trenches with excavated suitable approved material to the original surface in layers not exceeding 150mm compacted thickness including shoring and strutting and pumping and bailing out water (surface and sub soil water ) upto any depth and any quantam of water including cleaning of slush which may arrise out during dewatering as per entire satisfaction and as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 (one cement; four sand : eight graded /crushed stone aggregate 40mm(forty millimeters) nominal size mixed and vibrated mechanically and curing complete including the cost of form work in foundation and plinth in all depths as per technical specification clause 802, 803 1202 and 1203 including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidental charges. The rate including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated cement concrete for plain / reinforced concete in open foundation for all type of structure complete of plain cement concrete grade M-10 ( M-ten ) nominal mix 1:3:6 ( one cement: three sand: six graded /crushed stone aggregate 40mm) ( forty millimeters ) nominal size in or under water and curing complete including pumping, or bailing out water , dewatering, removal of slush, as required at site which may arise at the time of laying under water complete for all heights / depths including cost of form work as per drawings and M.O.R.D. technical specifications clause 802, 803, 1202 and 1203 as per directions of Engineer-in- charge and including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidential . The rate including of octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax or other taxes imposed by the Government

Providing and laying pre-cast cement concrete hollow block masonry with cement concrete block of size 40cm x 19 cm x 20 cm (forty centimeter into nineteen centimeter into twenty centimeter) including quoin block jamb block and closers etc. made of cement concrete 1: 3:6 ( one cement: three sand : six graded stone aggregate 20mm(twenty milimetre) nominal size )laid with cement mortar 1:6 ( one cement: six sand) in super structures upto all floor level and curing complete including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidental.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2: 4 (one cement; two sand: four graded /crushed stone aggregate 20mm (twenty millimeter) nominal size) mixed and vibrated mechanically so as to give a compressive strength corresponding to grade M-20(M-twenty) and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in walls including attached pilasters buttresses, , plinth and string courses etceteras from top of foundation upto all floor level including carriage of material within all leads and lifts other incidental charges .

15mm (fifteen millimeters) thick cement plaster with cement mortar 1:6(one cement; six sand) in single coat on rough side of brick/concrete/stone walls for interior plastering in all heights including arises, internal rounded angles, chamfers and/ or rounded angles in all girth and finished even and smooth including carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts and other incidental charges.

15mm (fifteen millimeters) thick cement plaster with cement mortar 1:5 (one cement; five sand) in single coat on fair side of brick/concrete/stone walls for interior plastering in all heights floor level including arises, internal rounded angles chamfers and/ or rounded angles in all girth and finished even and smooth including carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts and other incidental charges.

Finishing wall with water proofing cement paint of approved brand and manufacture of required shade on undecorated wall surfaces ( two or more coats ) to give an even shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt, dust and remains of loose powdered materials upto all floor level including carriage of material within all leads and lifts.

Steel work welded in built up sections composed of beams, joists, channels, angles,Tees- flats, with connecting plates or angle cleats etcetera as in trusses, and trussed purlins, main and cross-beams, hips and jack rafters ,purlins connecting to common rafter and the like in building including cutting, fixing ,lifting , hoisting and placing in position complete and applying a priming coat of red lead paint In gratings, framed guards bars ladders, railing brackets and similar works, ceiling frames etc. including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts.

Applying priming coat over new steel and other steel metal based surfaces after and including preparing the surfaces by thoroughly cleaning oil, grease, dirt and other foreign matter and scoured with wire brushes , fine steel wood scrappers and sand papering complete with ready mixed priming paint brushing red lead, oxide / zinc oxide chrome including carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts.

Painting two or more coats(excluding priming coat ) on new steel and other metal surfaces under coat with enamel paint brushing to give an even shade including cleaning the surfaces of all dirt, dust, and other foreign matter, with enamel paint other than white including carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts.
