M & L for removing vegitation, grass, scrubs and bushes growing in Sub station yard along with fancing by mannually / mechanically and keep the sub station yard neat and clean complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Unit rate quoted deemed to include to keep the installation neat and clean through out the period of contract and each cleaning will be measured and paid separately.

Supply and fixing shock treatment chart duly mounted on a wooden frame with 5mm thick glass as directed having front area 1.20 Square Metre complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for servicing/repair of the Solar street light fittings fitted at pole by taking down LED light fitting and solar plate fitted at the pole, cleaning of the solar plate, repairing /replacing the defective parts, charging the battery etc. for making the solar light fitting functional complete all as specified and directed. Note :-1. Rate of each job does not include the cost of solar plate and battery. If the same is found defective will be measured and paid separately. 2. Rate of the job inclusive of the cost of replacement minor parts such as cable lugs, cable glands, connection wire, MCB, DB's etc required for the smooth functioning of solar street light.

Periodical maintenance / servicing of Diesel Generator set of 75 KVA capacity installed at CG DHQ-4, Fort Kochi for smooth operation of generator sets and ensuring the serviceablity by renewing the defective spares, settings/ caliberation etc for the following capacity Model/ Make by carrying out inspection /work by an authorised dealer of OEM complete all as specified and directed:- (DG set make:- Engine -Ashok Leyland, Alternator - Kirloskar) Engine Servicing /Gen overhauling :- (a) Checking the lubricant oil, topping up & changing filters if required (b) Checking the lubricant level and replacing if required (c) Checking of alternater, battery charging, fanbelt and adjusting/renewing if required

(d) Checking/adjusting of sensers / controls of the Engine (e) Cleaning the cylinder head, lever, lube oil, gudgen pins etc (f) Draining fuel filter bowels to remove water/sediments and refixing with new gaskets after cleaning/ renewing the filters (g) Checking and tightening all external fasteners and arresting all leakages by renewing deffective nuts bolts washers etc whereever required (h) Checking and arresting leakages by tightening all lube and fuel/ hose connections by renewing defective washers (i) Checking of air filters subject to 250 hrs running or six months whichever is earliest for renewal (j) Cleaning of air filter assembly (k) Renewal of all external rubber parts including radiator hose pipes, sir clips/clamps with nuts bolts etc (l) Arresting all water /lubricant/fuel leakages (m) Checking of all engine parameters and ensuring trouble free performance

(n) Removing US spares and fixing of new spares including testing etc Alternator Servicing :- (a) Checking lubricant in the bearings (b) Checking electrical excitation system and repairing if required (c) Checking alternator insulation values and tightning the electrical connections etc (d) Checking circuits of various connections (e) Cleaning the slip rings/brushes etc (f ) Removing US spares and fixing of new spares including testing etc AMF Panel Servicing :- (a) AMF Panel will be maintained for good operation with the existing components. Any components found defective will be renewed and paid under relevant item of schedule. (b) Removing US spares and fixing of new spares including testing etc

Notes: 1. (a) Spares, lubricant, coolant etc required for engine, main alternator & AMF panel will be measured and paid seperately. (b) Charges for Major repairs / top overhauling of engine, rewinding of alternator, alternator major overhauling due to normal wear & tear will be out of scope of the work. However the damages caused due to negligence of the contractor will be made good without any extra cost by the contractor. Cost of minor spares required for proper operation of DG set and Control panel shall be deemed to be included in the rate quoted. (c) U/s spares shall be measured under Schedule of Credit 2. HPP (N) required at the time of mainteance/testing will be issued by MES. 3. Labour charges for dismantling/taking down and replacement/fixing new parts as and when required.

Taking down old Unserviceable self motor of capacity 62.5 KVA to 200 KVA and servcing including replacment of Unserviceable spare aprts Brush, holder, solonoid switch, armature bush, filed coil complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting the existing battery of capacity 12V / 180 AH from the DG set, taking it to battery workshop, draining out the complete unserviceable electrolyte acid from the battery, filling up with new Electrolyte acid to the required level, charging the battery, testing the battery for correct specific gravity, bringing back to the location, connecting to DG set, start the engine for satisfactory function all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Repairs to 24 V battery charging alternator assembly by removing, dismantling, replacing the unserviceable burnt rotor and stator assembly, assembly reaffixing to the engine and testing for satisfactory charging of battery all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per item No 93 above but of 12 V battery charging alternator complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing anti vibration pads for DG set of capacity 10 KVA complete all as specified and directed.

Periodical maintenance / servicing of Electrical Incinerator of 20 KG/Hr capacity installed at CGRA Rameswaram for smooth operation by dismantling/opening of the incinerator removing defective parts, replace them with the new parts, cleaning of the entire incinerator from inside, repair to blower fan, MCB, tightening all electrical connection, replace cable lugs and cable gland with new one of existing sizes and ensuring the serviceability of the electrical incinerator by testing of the same after repair complete all as specified and directed.

Periodical maintenance / servicing of Solar Power Plant (on Grid) of 4 X 10 KWp capacity installed at CGRA Rameshwaram, Kochi for smooth operation of Solar Power Plant and ensuring the serviceablity by renewing the defective spares, settings/ caliberation etc carrying out inspection /work by an authorised dealer of OEM complete all as specified and directed.(Solar Power Panels Make:-Vikram Solar Make of Solar Inverter :- Delta) Solar Panels :- (a) The timely and regular cleaning of solar cells and PV panels. (g) Tracing of IV curves and thermal imaging. Controller and inverter (a) Testing and upkeep of circuits to ensure smooth functioning of the Solar system. (b) Check the connections, make sure that they are fixed tightly. (c) Maintain the cleanliness of the air intake filter for the smooth functioning of the inverter. (d) Checking of the error code if any and rectify the same. (e) An electrical inspection to confirm that all the strings of solar array are operating.

(f ) Interior inspection of all devices, boxes, inverters, switches, etc. (g) Infrared inspection of electrical connections looking for loose connections and hot spots. Notes: (i) Spares, wires, nut & bolts etc or any other petty/small parts required for maintenance and servicing of the Solar Plant is inclusive in the quotated rate. (ii) Charges for Major repairs, changing of the solar panel, inverter, changing of the contactor will be out of scope of the work. However the damages caused due to negligence of the contractor will be made good without any extra cost by the contractor. Cost of minor spares required for proper operation of Solar plant and Control panel shall be deemed to be included in the rate quoted.
