Laying of CC Road

Earthwork in excavation for road surface as per drawing and technical specifications Clause 305.1 including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious material and disposal upto a lead of 50 m, dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling in trenches with excavated suitable material as per Technical Specification 305 MORD / 304 MORTH etc., complete as per SS and as directed by the Departmental officer in charge of the work by Mechanical means upto 3.00m depth in ordinary soils

Filling Sand in foundation trenches as per drawing and technical specification Clause 305.3.9 MORD & 304 MORTH. The rate including cost and conveyance of all material, labour charges for filling, watering, ramming, etc., complete as per SS and as directed by the departmental officer in charge of the work

Plain Cement concrete (1:4:8) using 40 mm metal with concrete mixer. cost of conveyance level including cost of all materials and labour charges etc., complete as per SS and as directed by the departmental officer in charge of the work but excluding seigniorage charges.

Providing Concrete for plain/ reinforced concrete (1:2:4) Nominal mix using 20 mm nominal size graded hard stone aggregate, mechanically mixed, placed in foundation and compacted by vibration, watering , removal centering charges and other incidental including cutting for 14 days complete as per drawings and technical specifications as per SS and as directed by the departmental officer in charge of the work but excluding seigniorage charges.(CULVERT WALLS)

Providing Concrete for plain/ reinforced concrete (1:2:4) Nominal mix using 20 mm nominal size graded hard stone aggregate, mechanically mixed, placed in foundation and compacted by vibration including cutting for 14 days complete as per drawings and technical specifications as per SS and as directed by the departmental officer in charge of the work but excluding seigniorage charges.(CULVERT BED)

Construction of granular sub-base by providing coarse graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with vibratory watering, removing charges and other incidental charges roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401 MORTH GRADE -2 PRR as per SS and as directed by the departmental officer in charge of the work, but excluding cost of seigniorage charges

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to Wet Mix Macadam specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mixer (Pug Mill) carriage of mixed material by tipper to site laying in uniform layers in sub-base/base course on a well prepared sub-base and compacting with smooth wheel roller of 80 to 100 kN/ Vibratory Roller 80-100 kN weight to achieve the desired density including lighting, barricading and maintenance of diversion, etc as per Table 400.11 & 400.12 and Technical Specification Clause 406 MORD / MOR and other incidental charges etc., complete as per SS and as directed by the departmental officer incharge of the work. But excluding Seigniorage charges.

Construction of un-reinforced, dowel jointed at expansion and construction joint only, plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base, with 43 grade cement or any other type as per Clause 1501.2.2 M30 (Grade), coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS : 383, maximum in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropeiate weigh batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 mictron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the formwork as per drawing), spreading the concrete with sholvels, rakes, compacted using needle, scareed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction and expansion, construction joints, applying debonding strips, primer, sealant, dowel bars, near approaches to bridge / culvert and construction joints, admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 14- days, curing compound (where specified) and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and Technical Specification Clause 1501 MORD. The rate is inclusive of Groove cutting after VDF Flooring complete and other incidental charges etc., complete as as directed by the Departmental officer in charge of the work. The rate is excusive of Seigniorage Charges.

Supply & delivery, Placing MS Dowel bars of S-240 grade. The rate including cost & conveyance of all materials, labour charges for cutting and placing the dowel bars in position and other incidental charges etc., complete as per SS and as directed by the departmental officer incharge of the work

Supplying,fitting and placing HYSD Fe 500 grade bar reinforcement complete as per drawings and techinical specifications for bars below 36mm dia including over laps and wastage where they are not welded as per SS and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge of the work.

Providing Flooring (VDF) services including leveling the concrete to be followed by placement of the bottom and top mats,operation of the vaccum machine to release the excess free water in the concrete, removal of the mat after completion of dewatering process,conduction of the initial floating using power floater followed by finishing using power trowel of adquate capacity,the rate is not inclusive of pin vibration of the concrete,placement of the concrete and / or provision of the special toppings,but including hire and operational charges of Generator of adequate capacity and other T&P and labour charges for all operations etc., complete.

RCC M- 20 Nominal mix using 20mm size graded machine crushed hard granite metal (coarse aggregate) from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, fine aggregate (sand) coarse aggregate, water etc., to site and including Seigniorage charges, sales & other taxes on all materials including all operational, incidental and labour charges such as machine mixing, laying concrete, curing etc.,complete but excluding cost of steel and its fabrication charges for finished item of work, but excluding centering, shuttering for culvert bed blocks and slabs
