Taking down wooden frame not exceeding 1.5 Sqm each (Without taking off shutters from the frames) complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down wooden frame exceeding 1.5 Sqm and not exceeding 4.00 Sqm each (Without taking off shutters from the frames)

S&F Second class hard wood plain, solid, straight chowkats and frames, wrought, framed, rebated on the solid, rounded or chamfered, put together with glue pinned at joints complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 35 mm thick 2nd Class hardwood plain, framed, paneled shutter (any number of panel) , with panel of timber flat on both side (Fether edged), or of veneered particle board medium density, wood particle board with commercial face veneers fitted with chowkhats complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 35mm thick, 2nd class hardwood glazed and skeleton shutters, open rebated and prepared to receive glass or gauge, etc. (without sash bars) edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded, fitted with cut & mitred beads for securing gauge sizes of members of shutters as specified in SSR Part-I Section-8, clause 8.24 (a) for door shutter supplying and fitted to chowkats, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 30 mm thick 2nd class hard wood glazed and skeleton shutters open rebated and prepared to receive glass gauze etc (with sash bars) edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded, fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass etc size of members of window/ventilator shutter etc are provide with style and rails as specified in SSR Part I, Section 8, clause 8.24 (b);fitted to chowkat, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pink primer on wooden surface over 10cm width or girth incl preparation of new surface complete all as specified and directed.

S&F sheet glass of 3.0mm ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty in square n.exc 0.5 Sqm in each pane complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Aluminium alloy wire cloth, 0.45 mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40 mm and fixed with aluminium wire staples, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down shutters of any description exc. 1 Sqm and n. exc. 2 Sqm each resecuring or easing & adjusting including re-fixing in the same opening complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing old wooden surface of any description not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth and applying one coats of synthetic enamel paint to match the existing surfaces.

M&L for over hauling of rolling shutter of area exc 5 Sqm but n exc 20 sqm each and greasing, oiling, repairing worn out rivets and replace with new rebets, easing the locking system etc including minor welding work as required and refixing in the same position in the smooth functioning of shutters complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises etc and complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in Charge.

M&L for vitrified ceramic tiles 10 mm thick of light colour (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the tiles colour including provision of spacer clips of 2mm and complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surface 350x 250x 7mm/ 450X 350X 7mm thick of coloured tiles set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match the tile surface over rendering 10mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar (CM 1:4) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for Joint free non-skid ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the tile surface complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 25 mm thick Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window- cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite including rounding to edges of stone slabs one edges, such as in steps, platform, and other similar situations complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for 75 mm thick plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggt) as in plinth protection, ramp etc finished surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair of sheet glass ordinary 3mm thick and glazing with oil putty / wooden beading in square n exc 0.5 Sqm each pane incl hacking out old broken glass (any description ,size, thickness, quality) from wooden/metal frames complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair galvanized MS wire cloth 0.56 mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.18 mm fixed with tinned tacks or galvanized wire staple complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repair PVC waste pipe 32/40 mm dia suitable for wash basin etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair Ball valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated Aluminium rod & high-density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed. Minimum weight 20mm - 210gms and complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Cutting chases, pinning in, brick walls making good to facings where required and pointing in cement mortar 1:3 to ends or edges of landings, steps, cills, sunshades, shelves, lintels, etc.; and cutting chases for concealed water tubing or concealed conduit wiring, etc. and making good, cutting exceeding 20cm girth etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking up or down steel water tubing 20mm bore and connection complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Supply and fix Unplasticized PVC pipes of bore 20mm, pressure rating 10 Kg/Sq. Cm pressure rating 10 Kgf/Sq. Cm fixed complete walls and ceiling complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix Unplasticized PVC pipes of bore 15mm, pressure rating 10 Kg/Sq. Cm pressure rating 10 Kgf/Sq. Cm fixed complete walls and ceiling complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repair of wash basin with C.I. brackets, 15 mm C.P. brass pillar taps, 32 mm C.P. brass waste of standard pattern, including painting of fittings and brackets, cutting and making good the walls wherever require: White Vitreous China Wash basin size 630x450 mm with single 15 mm C.P. brass pillar taps complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repairs wash down water closet (Pedestal pattern) white with P or S trap including Flush pipe of polyethylene of low or high density of PVC, 32 mm dia, for low level cistern and plastic water closet seat & cover mild steel chromium plated or aluminised hinging device and connection to low level flushing cistern and flush pipe, etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

S&F in repairs vitreous china squatting pan, Orissa pattern size 580 x 440mm and making good, flush pipe of polyethylene of low or high density or PVC, 32 mm dia, for low level cistern complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

S&F in repair of PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed of 75mm bore , in any length with rubber ring joints, laid in trenches or in floors including taking down old pipes etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repair of PVC (SWR) floor trap with and including, plain / single hole chromium plated grating including jointing to waste pipe with solvent cement, 75mm dia, including dismantling of old floor trap without damaging to existing pipeline complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in repair of PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed of 110mm bore , in any length with rubber ring joints, laid in trenches, floors and walls with suitable clips/ clamps and fixing of pipes in roof projection etc with PCC (1:2:4) and making good properly including taking down old pipes etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repair of PVC (SWR) bends of 110mm bore fixed on walls, trenchs with suitable clips/ clamps and fixing of pipes in roof projection etc with PCC (1:2:4) and making good properly, including taking down old bend pipes etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repairs PVC connections 15mm size with PTMT nuts of length 450mm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in repairs PVC valveless, syphonic action type, flushing cistern, low level 10 ltr capacity, white, with inlet, ball valve, float and handle including brackets complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

S&F in repair of C.P. brass two-in-one bib cock of approved quality conforming to IS:8931 :15 mm nominal bore and complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L Dismantling water tanks and removing to store exc 500 & n.exc 1000 Ltr Capacity from any bldg height not exceeding 15 mtr etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F of rotational moulded three layer polyethylene water storage tanks 1000 litres capacity (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part-I including 20 mm dia PTMT Ball valve high presure all as directed.

S&F in repairs Gun metal globe or gate valves, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed 20 mm bore.

M&L for repairing of damaged RCC chajja's/Roof projection ,ceiling and balcony railing etc at any location up to 10 Mtr height ,comprising of following operation complete all as specified and directed . (a) Dismantling of all loose cement mortar/concrete, cleaning of rust on exposed reinforcement using 'rust cleaning solvents' Dr. fixit rust clear or equivalent. (b) M&L for application of anti-corrosive/passive coat of '' RBR ''of Pidilite or equivalent cement slurry in cm(1:2) (c) M&L for application of a bonding coat of '' RBR ''of Pidilite or equivalent cement slurry in cm(1:2) just before repair (d) S&F of chicken wire mesh as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (e) M&L for repair to damaged portion using cement mortar(1:3) of 20mm to 40 mm thick in one or two layers as required, admixing '' RBR '' or equivalent @ 2.0 liter per bag of cement .

S&F in repair of health faucet, brass body with 1mtr SS braided rubber hose pipe & wall hook complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F auto close stainless steel hinges of '0' crank (minimum weight should be 250 gm) used for cupboard shutters and similar work fixing with screws to the frames/ chowkats, including making easy to open/ close of cupboards and complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F of Steel curtain rod 25mm bore colour coated of desired colour with pair of PVC Funnel and Boacket for length n exc 2.0 m Max length complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S & F in repair of kitchen sinks with drainage board made of 1 mm thick Stainless steel with plugs washers and wastes incl fixing of cantilever brackets and connecting union to pipe overall size 915 mm x 460 mm & bowl size 410 mm x 330 mm x 160 mm complete complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F Solid PVC door frame of size 50mmx47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with M.S. square tube , supplying & fixing in opening as per specification and making good and matching the existing surface complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for factory made solid single extruded panel PVC door shutter 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of MS tubes for top and bottom rails. MS frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC 'C' channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20 mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for styles and plain colour PVC sheet for top rail, lock rail and bottom rail on either side and as gape inside for top rail and bottom rail: panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the MS frame welded/sealed PVC the style & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading and jointed to gather with solvent cement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F powder coated aluminium frame with two/ three track for sliding doors, windows, ventilators, modular kitchen cupboards, wardrobes with one or more rebates including joining cleat for fixing etc. Powder Coating to anodised aluminum frame (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) and complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F of Aluminium Composite Panel of approved colour/ pattern (ACP Sheets) of 4mm thick interior quality to make modular kitchen cupboards and wardrobes with sliding type door panels including necessary handles/ Knobs of good quality (minimum one handles per door) and magnite door catching clips etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F powder coated aluminium window and ventilator shutters (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron), side hung/sliding type without sash, aluminium sections weighing 0.55 kg/m including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber packing, anodised aluminium snap beading, screws, anodised aluminium fittings such as hinges Type B-21 100mm long( 2 Nos) suitable handle and rollers for sliding window shutters etc. complete all as specified. Note: After fixing of aluminium window the surface gap should be filled with CM and making good including matching the existing surface.

S&F of powder coated aluminium window and ventilator shutters(minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron), fixed type without sash bar, aluminium section weighing 0.55 kg/m including necessary joining cleats, glazingclips, rubber packing, anodized aluminium snap beading, screws etc. Powder Coating to anodised aluminum frame (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) and complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down existing roof treatment of any description including roof plaster and removing the debris to distance exc. 500m and depositing outside MD land complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L Rendering 12mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, roof top etc, mixed with water proofing compound and finishing the surface even and smooth without using exta cement, complete all as specified and directed. NOTE:- Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately under respective item of this Schedule.

Supply only of Water proofing liquid of make: Dr Fixit or equivalent.

M&L for Poly Urethane based water proofing treatment to existing RCC roof slab with the following specifications:- i) Cleaning the existing surface by mechanical means to make it free from any bituminous residue/dirt, oil and grease all as directed by Engineer In Charge. ii) M&L for cracks treatment by cutting open cracks and cleaning it from dirt, loose materials etc and filling with Polyurethane based sealant with and including application of PU based primer all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. iii) M&L applying water based polyurethane modified dispersion(single component, cold applied , non toxic , VOC compound) in three coats including one coat of primer of same material after dilution of water at 50% or specific primer matching same material as per manufacturer specification and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Properties of Poly urethane based chemical shall conform to following technical parameters:- (a) Highly elastic. (b)UV resistance. (c)Adhesion to concrete > 1N/ Sqmm. (d)Tensile strength-not less than 2.0 N/Sqmm for free film Elongation not less than 300%. (e) Solid content by weight not less than 60%. (f) Air/Water permeability BSEN 12390 at 5 bar -72 hours should be NIL and minimum dry film thickness of water proofing membrane must be 1.00mm. (g)Accelerated weathering (ASTM 453) Pass 1000 hours. (h) Reaction to fire - Non inflammable.
