Excavation in foundations and trenches etc, in earth work, lift up to 1.5mtrs stacking the excavated soil not more than 3mtrs clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15cm layers when required in to plinth of foundations etc, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and than disposing of all surplus excavated earth as directed within a lead of 20mtrs, in all kind of soil in P.W &J.W. 50% each.

Repair of plaster in patches of 2.50sqm and under 10 to 15mm thick including cutting the patch in proper shape and replastering the surfaces of the wall including disposal of rebbish path in proper lead of 20 mtrs with cement morat 1:6 ( 1cement : 6sand ) including all leads , lifts and carriage of material at site and as directed by the Engineer Incharge.

Demolition below G.L. upto 1.50 meters depth and disposal of unserviceable material with in 20 meters lead unrenforced cement concrete upto 15 CM thick including cutting the necessary reinforced and separating flooring including all leads,lifts & carriage of material at sitre and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Stone soling dry hand packed under flooring including all leads,lifts and carriage of material at site and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 [ 1 cement :2 sand :4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size] laid in one layer finished with a floating coat of neat cement 40mm thick including all leads lifts and carriage of material at site and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

White washing with lime on undecorated wall surface (two coat) to give an even shade including thourghly brooming the surface to remove all dirt ,dust morter dirts and other foreign matter including all leads , lifts and carrige of material at site and as directed by the Engineer Incharge.

Providing under layer for plinth protectatin of 75mm thich (Un consolidated) bed of dry brick stone 40mm nominal size well rammed and consolidating and grouted with fine sand including preparation of ground including all leads , lifts and carrige of material at site and as directed by the Engineer Incharge.

Providing plinth protection 50mm in cement concrete 1:3:6(1cement :3app sand:6app graded sotne agg. 20mm nominal size) including finishing the top surfece of concrete smooth including all leads , lifts and carrige of material at site and as directed by the Engineer Incharge.

Constructing course rubble hammer dressed "U" shape open surface drain with side walls 15 x 22 CMS in cement motor 1:6 ( 1Cement : 6 sand) and inside plastering with cement plaster in cement motor 1:3 (1Cement: 3 sand) including earth work and laying 10 CMs cement concrete in 1:5:10 ( 1 cement:5sand:10 graded stone agg. 40 mm nominal size and 7.50 Cms cement concrete 1:2:4 ( 1cement:2 sand: 4 greded stone agg. of 20 mm N/S ) and finished with a floating coat of neat cement complete as per standard design including all leads,lifts and carriage of material at site and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Wire crates made GI wire filled with boulders with square cut faces agains the wire (Boulder filling is to be measured & paid for separataly) GI wire 5 mm thick corresponding to SWG - 6 , 15 cms x 15 cms mesh including all leads,lifts and carriage of material at site and as directed by the Engineer Incharge.

Boulder filling dry hand packed tightly behind the structure and wire crate including all leads lifts and carriage of material at site and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Providing,laying, testing & commissioning at site in trenches following plain ended GMS Pipes of 40 & 50 mm diameter heavy/medium grade as under confirming BIS 1239-(Part-1)-1990 or latest with up to date ammendments, capable of withstanding required test pressure as prescribed in BIS code, in random length of 5.50 to 6.50 Mtr. The pipe's ends shall be bevelled suitable for butt welding, including the cost of jointing with butt welding confirming to IS 816-1969 or latest as applicable ( leak proof) in three layers at site of work with welding rods of standard make & all allied accessories whatever required for welding at site, tail pieces,tees, bends manufactured from parent pipes etc. and cutting of pipes wherever required as per site requirement i/c carriage in all leads & lifts as directed by Engineer in Charge. ( Earth work shall be measured & paid for Seperately)

Dismenttling of old Existing pipe of following dia which is not serviceable or serviveable available ( erath work to be measured and paid for seaparately) including all leads, lifts and carriage of material at site and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

2. 200 mm dia = 56 Rmt. ( Existi. To be Dis & Re- Laying)

Re -Laying, jointing and testing of GMS pipes of following dia with butt welding old dismantled pipe which is serviceable available (Earth work to be measused and paid for separately) including all leads,lifts and carriage of material at site and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Desilting/Removal of slips in all kinds of soil (including saturated soil but excluding boulders and rocky portion requiring blasting upto a distance of 20 meters disposing of un-serviceable materials, stacking serviceable materials and neatly dressing the surface earth with in all lifts and leads as per specification and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.
