Cement concrete with 30 mm down graded shigles excluding shuttering.

M.S. structural works with hollow sections (square or rectangular shape) conforming to IS: 806-1968 & IS:1161-1998) connected to one another with bracket, gusset, cleat as per design, drawing & direction of Engineer-in-Charge complete including cutting to requisite shape & size, fabrication including metal

Plaster (to wall, floor, ceiling etc) with sand - cement-morter including rounding off and chamfering corners as directed and racking out joints including throating, noising and drip course, scaffolding / staging where necessary ( Ground floor) (excluding cost of chipping over concrete surface )

Galvanised corrugated iron sheet work (excluding the supporting frame work) fitted and fixed with 10 mm. dia J or L hook-bolts, limpet and bitumen washers and putty complete with 150 mm. end lap and one corrugation minimum side lap. (GCI sheet to be supplied by contractor)

Galvanised iron sheet ridging fitted with necessary bolts, screws, washers etc complete.(225mm end lapping)

Wood work in door and window frame fitted and fixed in position complete including a protective coat of painting at the contact surface of the frame exluding cost of concrete, Iron Butt Hinges and M.S clamps. (The quantum should be correted upto three decimals). i) Sal : Siliguri

Z batten shutter for door and window as per design having tongued and groove half lap jointed as per direction in the Eng-in charge including fitting and fixing shutter in position but excluding the cost of hinges and other fittings in G Floor.

Applying decorative cement base paint of approved quality after preparing the surface including scraping the same thoroughly (plastered or concreted surface) as per manufactures specification (two coats)

Synthetic Distemper to interior wall, ceiling with a coat of solvent based interior grade acrylic primer (as per manufacturer'sspecification) including cleaning and smoothning of surface.Two Coats

a) MS or WI ornamental Grill of approved design joints continiously welded with M.S. W.I flats and bars for windows , railing etc. fitted & fixed necessary screws and lugs complete.

B) False Ceiling with concealed metal (G.I.) Framework: Providing and fixing in position 6 mm. thick High PressureSteam cured non-asbestos Fiber Cement Ceiling Board(Density > 1250 Kg/M3) Confirming IS 14862 & Type - BCategory - III of ISO 8336, Tested as per AS-1530 Part - 3 &BS-476 Part - 4,5,6,7 & 8 fixed to G.I. Section (perimeterchannels having one flange of 20 mm. and another flange of30 mm. with thickness of 0.55 mm. and web of length 27 mm.,along the perimeter of the ceiling, screws fixed to the wallwith help of nylon sleeves or PVC dash fastners @ 610 mmc/c. then suspend G.I. intermidiate 'C' section with web 45mm. and flanges of 15 mm. each from soffit @ 1200 mm c/cwith ceiling angle of size 25 mm. X 10 mm. X 0.55 mm. fixedto soffit G.I. Cleat and Steel expansion fasteners. Ceilingsection of 0.55 mm. thickness having web of 51.5 mm. andtwo flanges of 26 mm. each with lips of 10.55 mm., are thenfixed on to the intermediate channel with the help ofconnecting clips in the direction perpendicular to theintermidiate channel @ 610 mm c/c) with fully threaded fibercement screws @ 300 mm c/c.
