Contract Details

Demolition of brick work, PCC Block or stone/boulder masonary built in cement mortar/lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc complete all as specified & directed.

M&L Brick work with subclass ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 metre mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L precast cement concrete Block Masonary with solid blocks type C1 1:3:6 20mm graded stone aggregate exc 10cm in width and setting in mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed .

Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise described or specifically provided for complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8, type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in Sub base of paving/ hardstandings, foundation filling and mass concretes, sub base of floor etc complete all as specified & directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for precast cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in man hole covers, shelves, chajjas etc and similar articles with plain faces, set in CM 1:4 complete all as specified & directed.

S&F mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified & directed.

S&F mild steel TMT bars 6 to 8 mm dia, cut to length bent to shape required, including cranking, bending, spirally, hooking ends and binding with and including MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.90 mm dia complete all as specified & directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick walls including. raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc all asspecified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces and finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and as directed.

M&L Preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coat of cement base paint (snowcem) white or tinted complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes (SGSW, AC or reinforced concrete) 150 mm bore set in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for concrete bed, PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in bed to drain pipes including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested for 150 mm bore pipe complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 150 mm internal dia of pipe salt glazed stoneware drain pipes, grade 'A' laid in trenches and jointed in cement & sand mortar 1:1, and testing complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair Galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Note :-Tenderers may be noted that amount of credit will be deducted from the total amount arrived, at the time of Acceptance of contract.
