Notes:: [a] Rate quoted is deemed to be including cost any other Structure / Component / / Pumps / Panels / T& P etc. for smooth functioning of STP to achieve the outlet parameters. [b] Since the design of STP shall be as per OEM, please note that unit rate quoted for Sewage Treatment Plant shall be deemed to be inclusive of full and final completion of work as per BoQ, Particular Specifications and specifications as per OEM recommendations read in conjunction with each other. Any item not covered in the scope but essential for smooth functioning of STP shall be provided as per OEM/Technology providers. The quoted rate is inclusive for the same. No additional claim whatsoever in this regard shall be entertained. [c] Structural drawings of all RCC Structures required to be constructed in the subject work shall be submitted duly vetted by IIT / NIT / Government Engineering College within one month of acceptance of tender. Reinforcement shall be High Strength Corrosion Resistant Deformed TMT Steel bars of Grade Fe-500D. All RCC works shall be in M-30 [Design Mix] Concrete all as specified in Particular Specifications. Cement of OPC Grade - 43 shall be used for all RCC [Design Mix] work. [d] The complete scheme of STP shall be vetted by OEM / technology provider for its 700 KLD sewage holding capacity and use of SBT technology.

[b] Since the design of STP shall be as per OEM, please note that unit rate quoted for Sewage Treatment Plant shall be deemed to be inclusive of full and final completion of work as per BoQ, Particular Specifications and specifications as per OEM recommendations read in conjunction with each other. Any item not covered in the scope but essential for smooth functioning of STP shall be provided as per OEM/Technology providers. The quoted rate is inclusive for the same. M & L for brick work with Fly Ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 m mean radius built in Cement Mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.
M & L for Plain / Reinforced cement concrete Type B1 [Nominal Mix] 1:2:4 using 20mm graded stone aggregate cast in situ in lintels up to 1.5m span, cills, steps, seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings up to 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating as directed including use and waste of form work, complete all as specified and as directed.
M & L for 75 mm thick PCC 1:2:4, Type B-1, using 20mm graded aggregate as in Flooring, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Outsourcing of services for operation and maintenance of Sewage Treatment Plant of capacity 700 Kilo Litres per Day [700 Cu.m / Day] and 500 Kilo Litres per Day [500 Cu.m / Day] installed at NORA and INS Circars respectively as provided under this contract as per Serial Item No. 1 & 2 of the BoQ, during First Year after successful Completion of work under Phase – I complete by providing services of One Skilled Technician / Operator [ITI Qualified] and One Helper with 3 years relevant experience and trained in Operation and Maintenance of Sewage Treatment Plant in One Shift of 08 Hours per day for Each Plant Separately including Sunday and Holiday including maintaining conveyance and communication system like mobile phone etc. and minor consumables and expandable items, tools for smooth and efficient operation of Sewage Treatment Plant to the entire satisfaction of users / department complete all as specified and as directed. Note: [a] To take care of housekeeping, environmental cleanliness of Area up to 20m all around installation shall be kept absolutely neat and clean and free from vegetation. [b] To maintain all installations provided under this contract as per IE Rules / Standard Engineering Practice and maintenance of Installation Log Books and Maintenance Register. [c] The staff employed shall be having proper uniform as approved by GE.

Note for Serial Item No. 51, 52, 53 & 54: The quoted rates shall be deemed to include the following operation: [a] Preventive and breakdown maintenance of all the equipment by regular oiling, greasing changing of gland packing, replacement of nuts and bolts etc. during the period of work order. [b] To take care of housekeeping, environmental cleanliness of Area all around up to 20.00m all-round the STP and the area shall be kept absolutely neat and clean. [c] To provide chemicals such as Sodium Hypo Chlorite and any other chemical required, oil and grease required for operation of the plant. [d] To maintain the installations provided under this contract as per IE Rules / Standard Engineering Practice. [e]The Sludge generated by the Sewage Treatment Plant shall be disposed by the contractor as per manufacture's instructions, OEM directives and as per instructions of the Engineer-in-Charge. [f] Spare parts if any, required for Operation / Maintenance of Sewage Treatment Plant during the currency of defect liability period shall not be included in the rate of this item. The cost of spare parts to be replaced for operation maintenance of Sewage Treatment Plant shall be borne by the contractor as per conditions of the contract. [g] Periodical maintenance shall be carried out by the authorised representative of the original equipment manufacture [OEM] of the Sewage Treatment Plant. [h] The Contractor shall be responsible for safe custody of the lab instruments glass work. Shortage, breakage etc. and the cost shall be borne by them during Operation and maintenance. [i] Electricity and water for operation of the plant will be supplied by the Department free of Cost.
