Satisfactorily completed as prime Service provider for at least one similar service or Any Manpower Service for value should be not less than Rs. 10.76 Lakhs. Further, a Weightage of 10% per year will be added to bring them to the Price Level of 2025-26. In support of this, the Service Provider shall furnish a Certificate duly certified by the Competent Authority of Rank not below the Executive Engineer along with the Technical Bid.

Service Provider firm should have in last five years period achieved in at least two financial years an average annual financial turnover of Rs. 21.52 Lakhs.. Further, the Financial Turnover of the Previous Years shall be given a Weightage of 10% per year to bring them to the Price Level of 2025-26. In support of this, the Service Provider shall furnish the Certificate from Chartered Accountant along with the Proposal.

Liquid assets and or availability of credit facilities of not less than Rs. 6.46 lakhs (Credit lines/ Letters of Credit/ Certificates from Banks) for meeting the fund requirement etc

Applications should be completely accompanied by the copies of Registration certificates of the establishment under Department of Labour, Govt. of Karnataka, PAN, GST, Provident Fund, Employees State Insurance, Plumber, Carpeneter& other unskilled labourstaff Tax and ISO certificate with latest renewals.

Copy of Entity Firm Registration certificate issued by District Registrar/ Certificate of Incorporation by the Registrar of the companies if it is company, certificate of Registration from the Registrar of Society if it is a co-operative society/ Certificate of the Registration from the Registrar of Companies if it is limited liability partnership Should be in Karnataka

Bidder to have their office and business establishment in Bengaluru city. The bidder should have a company/LLP registered under companies Act, 1956 of Companies Act 2013: of LLP Act 2008 respectively with existence in business with at least 08 years of Experience as Pvt or LLP (Certifiate of Incorporation should be uploaded in E-Portal at the time of submission of the tender)

Bidder shall not be involved in any case or Charge under investigation /enquiry/trial against the Tenderer, Convicted in a court of Law or Suspended or Blacklisted by any Organisation on any basis.

Tenders should be accompanied by copies of Income Tax and service/GST tax Returns for the last 5 years i.e.,, 2020-21 to 2024-25.
