Note for item 01 to 15 :- i) Major Spares required will be measured and paid seperately vide item Nos. 16 to 60. ii) All other minor parts, costing Rs.500/ each and below, which is necessary for smooth operation of lift shall be deemed to be inclusive of quoted rates in comprehensive maintenance. Iii) The contractor shall obtain complaints of lifts from Office and submit them duly signed within a week time duly rectified at no extra cost. iv) All parts installed shall be compatible in operation , fit and finish with the existing elevators v) The spares shall be replaced only when found unservecieable at site as decided by GE and not for compatibility with brought incompatible spares and the contractor shall visit site and make sure the status of lifts installed at site. vi) The work under this contract shall be carried out through OEM of the lifts/ their authorized agency all as described in BOQ, Particular specifications and as directed.

Supply and fix VVVF drive 415V 50 Hz 3 phase 11-15 kW suitable for passenger /goods lifts incl making necessary connections from controlers and ensure smooth operation including taking out old unserviceable VVVF drive complete all as specified.Suitable for Thyssen Krupp lifts.

Supply and fix automatic rescue device single phase 1 kVA to 2.2 kVA complete assembly incl installation and commisioning as directed suitable for passenger /goods lifts incl taking out old unserviceable device complete all as specified.

Supply and fix UPS unit not less than 1600 VA 230 V single phase suitable for upto 65 Ah SMF batteries incl making connection to ARD and cabin light and fan incl taking out old unserviceable UPS unit complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix SMF battery 12 volts 18Ah including taking out old unserviceable battery complete all as specified

Material and labour for 4mm thick aluminium chequered plate as in 8 passenger lift car flooring with nessary fittings including taking out old unserviceable car flooring complete all as specified
