Steel work in built up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.-minimum thickness 2.00 mm) trusses etc., including cutting, hoisting, fixing position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer after preparing the surface by using wirebrush or emery paper, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete.Hot finished welded type tubes..All works including cost and conveyance of all materials,labour charges, scaffolding etc. complete as required.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade:Two or more coats on new work, painting over the existing structure after preparing the surface by using wirebrush or emery paper,all works including cost and conveyance of all materials,labour charges, scaffolding etc. complete as required.

Providing and fixing Polycarbonate sheet (2 mm thick). Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 micrones minimum to avoid scartches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineer in charge.The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling/self tapping screws with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required etc complete.All works including cost and conveyance of all materials,labour charges, scaffolding etc. complete as required.

Providing silicon compound covering to G.I. bolts over roof including cost and conveyance of all material required etc. complete. The rate also including providing scaffolding

Engaging Helpers for masonary work for patch work of godown. The payment may be released only against the actual labours engaged.

Providing and fixing 200mm (or nearest greater available size) UPVC half split square type eave gutter including cost of all necessary fittings (PVC down pipe to be paid separately) and conveyance of all materials and labour charges, scaffolding etc complete. The rate also includes providing necessary support to the gutter by using MS Angles or straights.

Fixing PVC moulded fittings/ accessories for Rigid PVC pipes, including jointing with PVC solvent cement- 110 mm dia Bend

Fixing PVC pipes includings jointing of pipes with one step PVC solvent cement, trenching, refilling & testing of Joints complete as per direction of engineer in charge.110 mm dia 6Kgf/cm2

15 mm cement plaster on rough side of single or half brick wall of mix:1:4 ( 1 Cement : 4 coarse sand) including cost of all materials, conveyance, labour charge, scaffolding etc complete as required.
