S&F 500 litres capacity rotational moulded polye-thylene water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part I with and including 20mm bore dia PTMT ball valves, high pressure, with polythene float and flynut complete, screwed for iron pipe or brass ferrule and fixed etc including dismantling of old tank of any description complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 1000 litres capacity rotational moulded polye-thylene water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part I with and including 20mm bore dia PTMT ball valves, high pressure, with polythene float and flynut complete, screwed for iron pipe or brass ferrule and fixed etc including dismantling of old tank of any description complete all as specified and as directed.

Cleaning and removing all scale and dirt, etc, from tanks and from mouths of circulating pipes exc 250 & n.exc 500 litre capacity, etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Cleaning and removing all scale and dirt, etc, from tanks and from mouths of circulating pipes exc 500 & n.exc 1000 litre capacity, etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & Laying CPVC pipes SDR 11 and plain CPVC SDR-11 fittings on walls/ceiling or laying in floors/concealed in wall of size 20 mm outer dia including taking up or down 15mm dia steel tubing complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & Laying CPVC pipes SDR 11 and plain CPVC SDR-11 fittings on walls/ceiling or laying in floors/concealed in wall of size 25 mm outer dia including taking up or down 20mm dia steel tubing complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- For Item No 5 & 6, the cost of Brass threaded / plain fittings such as Brass Elbow, Brass Tee, Union, Tank Adaptor, reducers & other accessories wherever required is deemed to be included in the unit rate.

S & F in repairs, 25mm bore gun metal globe or gate valve cast copper alloy, screwed down, high pressure with iron wheel head screwed both ends for iron pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster on walls, chajja surfaces, etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4), to fair faces/other than fair faces of brick or concrete wall surfaces, mixed with highly stretchable, durable and hydrophobic, Nanotechnology based Elastomeric Hydrophobic Powder/admixture (EHP) powder @ 1% of cement content, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Elastomeric Hydrophobic Powder/admixture (EHP) shall be measured and paid as Supply only in respective item.

Supply only Nanotechnology based Elastomeric Hydrophobic Powder/admixture (EHP) powder for cement plaster and concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cleaning vertical and horizontal surfaces of unplastered masonry wall and concrete surfaces for loose materials/dust and applying two coats of epoxy resin component (Dr. Fixit DAMPGUARD or equivalent) solution/mix using nylon brush pouring Base part in appropriate container followed by the Hardner part and mix thoroughly to attain homogeneous smooth paste and dilute the mixed compound with water in ratio 1 part Base: 1 part Hardner: 1 part water by slow addition and mix thoroughly until a brushable consistency is obtained, first coat will be allowed to dry for 6 to 8 hrs before application of second/final coat) including curing treated surface for 24 hrs complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for applying two coats of 100% Nanotechnology based Nano water base high-performance, premium acrylic exterior anti carbonation emulsion paint with unique chemical composition of finest quality (using AIR-LESS PAINT SPRAYER) having VOC less than 38.40 gm/litre (Company Depot Tinted) and durable, water repellent, UV resistant, fungus/ algae/ bacteria resistant, thermally insulating, elastomeric, etc including priming coat of exterior nano primer applied @ 70-80 Sqft per ltr, over wall surfaces by using AIR-LESS PAINT PRIMER SPRAYER including preparation / levelling of new surface of wall using manual sand papers (where required) of approved grade complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down all existing roof treatment and demolition of cement concrete padding/levelling course (any thickness as available in site), wire brushing and cleaning loose dust etc from surfaces of RCC roof including flashing and junction of parapet complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for applying a coat of Nano technology based water proofing compound (1 part powder: 1 part liquid), of desired consistency with nylon brush @ 5 sqm/kg coverage over vertical/horizontal surface of RCC roof and parapet complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 25mm thick PCC 1:2:4, type B0 (using 12.5mm crushed stone aggregate) as in levelling course, padding on chajjas, etc including angular moulding at junction upto 10cm height complete all as specified with WPC as per manufacturer's instruction complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Water proofing compound will be measured and paid separately as "Supply only".

Supply only liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for applying Nanotechnology based Anti-corrosive with high strength carbon Fiber based shorter chain Epoxy coating (Bond Coat) of finest quality, high strength, high penetration, durable, UV resistant, high scratch/ impact resistant, bacteria resistant and thermally stable, Semitransparent, mixed in proportion (4 Base : 1 Hardner) in required consistency @ 8 sqm/kg over the entire prepared surfaces of roof/parapet/sunken floor complete all as specified and as directed Note : 1. Rate shall include for making surface clean, dust free, dry, and free of wax, grease, oil, loose or peeling particle, and other foreign materials. 2. During application ambient temperature is preferred. Frost, fog, or damp conditions should be avoided.

M&L for applying 02 coats of Nanotechnology based water-based one pack epoxy based Nano barrier coat, durable, highly water repellent, UV resistant, fungus/ algae/ bacteria resistant, thermally insulating and elastomeric incl high capillary pressure resistance, anti-bacterial, low VOC, UV resistance, high coverage area @ 6.5 sqm/kg in each coat complete all as specified and as directed. Note : 1. Rate shall include for making surface clean, dust free, dry, and free of wax, grease, oil, loose or peeling particle, and other foreign materials. 2. During application ambient temperature is preferred. Frost, fog, or damp conditions should be avoided.
