Repairs to the damaged 15 feet ×12 feet CGI shed the roof of which was lifted and taken away by extremely violent wind storm by way of: a. Disengaging of CGI sheet from angle iron and straitening of reusable angle iron and CGI sheets. b. Refitting of existing angle iron of roof by way of cutting, welding as per site requirement. c. Strengthening of roof structure by way of providing and fitting of additional angle iron, CGI sheets to make it sturdy against snow load and wind force the details of which are : • ISA 50×50×06 mm, length 18 feet ×03 no, length 15 feet ×05 no. ; total length= 129 feet, • ISA 50×50×6 mm for cleats and brackets for support= 20 feet • Total weight including weight of cleats and brackets = 204 kg d. Refitting of existing CGI sheets over roof frame work using self-tapping screws with plastic caps complete in all respects. e. Providing and fitting of new 08feet × 2.75 feet (04 no.), 26 gauge CGI sheets including their fitting using self-tapping screws with plastic caps complete in all respects. The above job includes cost on account of welding set, DG set, oxy acetylene gas cutter, skilled cum non skilled labour, carriage charges, material charges, unforeseen items, all tools and tackles required for complete execution of job in all respects at site.

Providing and fitting of 19 mm ply board, thermocol and matting for angle iron bed of size 06 feet × 05 feet.
