Design, Construction and commissioning of 12m inner dia well cum pump house and allied works

Preparation of Structural Designs and drawings of 12m iiner dia well cum pump house and allied works as per the Design and Scope of the Tender(NIT Vol-I & II ).

Construction of 12m inner dia RCC well cum pump house as per the Design and Scope of the Tender(NIT Vol-I & II ).

Construction of RCC intake channel including fixing of wall casting pipe, Valves, Chambers,and other connected works as per the Design and Scope of the Tender(NIT Vol-I & II ).

Construction of open leading channel for diverting water into the intake as per the Scope of the Tender (NIT Vol - I & II )

Design, supply and installation of Electricaly operated over head crane of capacity 5 tonne as per the Design and Scope of the Tender(NIT Vol-I & II ).

RCC approch bridge with 5m width as per the Design and Scope of the Tender(NIT Vol-I & II ).

All Electrification, plumbing, inverter Generator and other facilities as per the Design and Scope of the Tender(NIT Vol-I & II ).

Supply and laying of 1016mm OD, 10mm thick MS Raw Water Pumbing Main Part I : Cost of matierials

Supply of 1016mm ( 40") OD, 10mm thick MS pipe spirally welded factory manufactured pipe as per the Scope of the Tender(NIT Vol-I & II )

Supply of 350mmdia DI K9 pipe as per the Scope of the Tender(NIT Vol-I & II )

Supply of 250mmdia DI K9 double flanged pipe as per the Scope of the Tender(NIT Vol-I & II )

Supply of 350mm PN 1.6 CI Double Flanged Sluice Valve Conforming to IS 14846 - 2000,

supply of 1000 mm Cast Steel Double Flanged Superiour quality check Valve corresponding to PN 1.6 (ASME-300)

Working Charges : Laying of 1016mm ( 40") OD, 10mm thick MS pipe using necessary specials including fixing of Scover Tee Air valve, Check valve , Costruction of valve chamber, Anchor block etc. complete as per the Scope of the Tender(NIT Vol-I & II )

Laying 350mm DI K9 Pipe for scover line using necessary specials including fixing of Scover Valve, Costruction of valve chamber, Anchor block etc. complete as per the Scope of the Tender(NIT Vol-I & II )

Providing Surge arrester system using 250mm DI K9 double Flanged Pipe using necessary specials etc. complete as per the Scope of the Tender(NIT Vol-I & II )

Design Construction and Commissioning of Water Treatment plant , Clear water sump, Pumping statin, and other SCADA arrangements trial boring etc. complete as per the approved design and Scope of the Tender (NIT Vol - I & II ) for the following items.

Survey, investigation, design, drawings including hydraulic flow diagram

Construction of Cascade aerator

Construction of flash mixture units

Construction of Floculator units

Construction of Lamella Clarifier units with S.S. plate setlers

Construction of Clear water sump (22 LL)

Construction of Raw water and Clear water channels and other byepass channel arrangements.

Construction of Filter house, entrance loby, porch, laboratory room, Office room, rest room, Chemical house for Chemical storage, chlorinator, chlorine storage room, toilets, etc. complete.

Construction of wash water tank

All mechanical items and works for the water treatment plant.

All Electrical items including internal wiring lightning arrester, invertor generator, all plumbing works , water supply and sanitory works etc complete.

Lab equipments and galssware, chemical & reagents.

Chlorinator-2nos, Chorine tonner- 9nos and all other necessary accessories and fittings

Providing computerised Monitoring and Data Acqucition facilities and Web based flow monitoring system (SCADA) including providing control room and other necessary instrumentation and wiring etc.complete.

Providing internal road Horticulture works,grassing , gardening and landscaping works etc. complete

Providing compound wall exclusively for the WTP yeard, gate with padippura, Aproach road from yard entrance to main gate including providing RR foundation for the external boundary of the road etc. complete.

Providing internal drainage system, interlinking of drains and scover lines

Providing waste water disposal for back wash , scover and storm water disposal to river.

Construction of Staff Quarters Type IV & V

Perepare and submit detailed plan , Elevation and structural design of Type IV duplex staff quarters double storied as per Scope of the Tender (NIT Vol - I & II )

Construction of double storied Type IV duplex staff quarters including all structural work, plumbing, electrification,water supply, finishing work etc. complete as per the approved Design and Scope of the Tender (NIT Vol - I & II )

Prepare and submit detailed plan , Elevation and structural design of Type V duplex staff quarters double storied as per Scope of the Tender (NIT Vol - I & II )

Consruction of double storied Type V duplex staff quarters including all structural work, plumbing, electrification, water supply,finishing work etc. complete as per the approved Design and Scope of the Tender (NIT Vol - I & II ) i,

Construction of IB with Conference Hall

Prepare and submit detailed plan , Elevation and structural design of IB with Conference hall double storied as per Scope of the Tender (NIT Vol - I & II )

Consruction of double storied type IB with conference hall including all structural work, plumbing, electrification,water supply, fhinishing work etc. complete as per the approved Design and Scope of the Tender (NIT Vol - I & II ) i,

Construction of Divisional Store Building

Prepare and submit detailed plan , Elevation and structural design of store building single storied as per Scope of the Tender (NIT Vol - I & II )

Construction of Single storied Divisional store building inlcuding all structural work, electrification, plumbing, water supply, finishing work etc. complete as per the approved Design and Scope of the Tender (NIT Vol - I & II )

Construction of Retaining Wall and Compound Wall for intake well and Treatment Plant

Prepare and submit detailed cross section of retaining wall and compound wall as per Scope of the Tender (NIT Vol - I & II )

Construction of Retaining wall along the River bank as per the approved Design and Scope of the Tender (NIT Vol - I & II ).

Construction of compound wall as per the approved design and Scope of the Tender (NIT Vol - I & II ). For the entire compound wall including separation compound wall for Type Iv & Type V quarters, Conference hall and over retaining wall excluding that of plant area

Supply and fixing of Gate of minimum width 3.60m for Type IV quarter, Type V Quarters, Existing Quarters, Conference hall as per the scope of the Tender ( NIT Vol I & II)
