Preventive maintenance and check up monthly for the dehumidifier make;- Bry- Air model No. FLI 7300, Ser No. 2013-BAC-18620 Installed at FATS Garuda,capacity of 4850/5000 CFM including complete accessories and controlls .The entire system to be checked and servicing by OEM or authorised service agency throughout CA duration and incase of any breakdown occurs at any time. The tenderer shall be attend the complaint and made serviceable with in 48hrs time including minor spares such as fuses,wires,nut,bolts,etc. for above mentioned complete all as specified and as directed .

All as per item No 01 here-in-before but Dehumidifier make Bry- Air Model No FLI 7300, Ser No. 2018-BAC-28982 complete all as specified and as directed. Note applicable for item nos-1 and 2 :- (i)Major spare parts are measured and paid seperately under relevant items of this schdule. (ii)Labour charges for replacement shall be deemed to include in the unit rate quoted

Material and labour for Preventive maintenance and routine check up for the outdoor VRF unit including 2nos inverter compressor of capacity 12HP to18 HP, installed at 06 nos at Diving school, 02 nos at CRL, 02 nos at ASR Complex and cleaning with Air blower of condensing coil,outdoor fan motors , replace the communication cables and sensor if found defective, including labour charges for repair and replacememnt of spare parts complete all as specified and as directed. Note;-(i) Preventive maintenance each Nos of outdoor VRF unit with 2 nos inverter compressor respective of location shall be meassured as one unit. (ii)Contractor shall be responsible for replacement of false ceiling, if damage occured while servicing of ceiling suspended units.

Material and labour for Preventive maintenance and routine check up for the indoor VRF casette unit of capacity 4TR Ceiling Suspended units, 04 nos at diving school, 04 nos at ASR complex and 5TR capacity ceiling suspended units of 06 Nos at CRL and cleaning with mild Air blower in the coil side and remove the inside fine filter, cleaned with Soap solution after cleaning process fix in proper place ,check the drianage water tank and cleaned ,replace the communication cables and sensor if found defective all including labour charges for repair and replacememnt of spare parts complete all as specified and directed. Note;-(i) Preventive maintenance each Nos of indoor VRF casette unit respective of locations shall be meassured as one unit. (ii)Contractor shall be responsible for replacement of false ceiling, if damage occured while servicing of ceiling suspended units.

Material and labour for Preventive maintenance and routine check up for the indoor VRF AHUs of capacity 8 TR ceiling suspended units installed at diving school 08 nos and cleaning with mild Air blower in the coil side and remove the inside fine filter, cleaned with Soap solution after cleaning process fix in proper place ,check the drianage water tank and cleaned ,replace the communication cables and sensor if found defective including labour charges for repair and replacememnt of spare parts complete all as specified and directed. Note;-(i) Preventive maintenance each Nos of indoor VRF AHUs of capacity 8 TR ceiling suspended units shall be meassured as one unit. (ii)Contractor shall be responsible for replacement of false ceiling, if damage occured while servicing of ceiling suspended units.

Material and labour for Preventive maintenance and routine check up for the outdoor VRF unit including 2nos inverter compressor of capacity 10HP to16 HP, installed at 09 nos(16 HP -4nos, 14HP -4nos,& 10HP-1no) at Dhruv,and cleaning with Air blower of condensing coil,outdoor fan motors , replace the communication cables and sensor if found defective, including labour charges for repair and replacememnt of spare parts complete all as specified and as directed. Note;-(i) Preventive maintenance each Nos of outdoor VRF unit with 2 nos inverter compressor shall be meassured as one unit. (ii)Contractor shall be responsible for replacement of false ceiling, if damage occured while servicing of ceiling suspended units.

Material and labour for Preventive maintenance and routine check up for the indoor VRF casette unit of capacity 4TR Ceiling Suspended units, 26 nos at Dhruv Block, 04 nos and cleaning with mild Air blower in the coil side and remove the inside fine filter, cleaned with Soap solution after cleaning process fix in proper place ,check the drianage water tank and cleaned ,replace the communication cables and sensor if found defective all including labour charges for repair and replacememnt of spare parts complete all as specified and as directed. Note;-(i) Preventive maintenance each Nos of indoor VRF casette unit shall be meassured as one unit. (ii)Contractor shall be responsible for replacement of false ceiling, if damage occured while servicing of ceiling suspended units.

Material and labour for taking down repair and refixing any type of false ceiling for AC duct after repair/arresting of water leakage with necessary adhesive and accessories etc and making good the disturbed surfaces to match with the existing with out any extra cost complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for replacement of thermal insulation of duct with nitrile rubber upto 1sqm of 13mm thick with skilled labour and necessary items complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- (i) Any addl nitrile rubber required beyond 1sqm for the repair work, the item will be measured and paid separately under relavent items of this schedule

Supply fix in replacement of thermal Insulation of exposed area of ducting class 'O' with glass cloth covering on Outdoor ducts, exposed to sunlight using class 'O' Nitrile rubber of 13mm thick outer side of existing ducts, Rubber based adhesive in a blend of solvents complete as recommended by manufacturer's all as specified and directed.

Supply fix in replacement of thermal Insulation of exposed area of ducting class 'O' with glass cloth covering on Outdoor ducts, exposed to sunlight using class 'O' Nitrile rubber of 19mm thick outer side of existing ducts, Rubber based adhesive in a blend of solvents complete as recommended by manufacturer's all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for providing eco friendly vapour barrier for HVAC chilled water pipelines by applying adhesive, non flammable, low VOC, anti fungal, water based lag coating on the chilled water pipeline surface uniformly by brush or spreader, wrap the duct with 7mm thick canvas or glass fiber cloth tightly with overlapping for avoiding air gaps and, allow to dry and apply an additional coating over the chilled water pipe line in similar method all as specified and as directed,

Supply and fixing of thermal insulation class "o" nitrile rubber insulation of flexible thickness with density 45-55 kg/m3,for suction/discharge piping of VRF pipe lines suitable size of dia as per existing ,complete all as speceified and as directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of suitable inverter type fan motor of 16 TR/14TR VRF outdoor unit complete all as specified and as directed. Make: Recommended by OEM

Material and labour for servicing of outdoor unit and indoor unit of casette type air conditioning system of capacity 2 TR , installed at SFNA, including cleaning of filters & condenser coil using pressure water pump and indoor to be serviced by keeping waterproof cover bag with drain outlet and support plates to ensure hygiene of room, indoor unit shall be cleaned by best foam less AC coil cleaner in the cooling coil side and servicing the outer unit with water jet pump, removing the drain pipe and flushing out the drain including repairing, checking of gas pressure/leakage and including replacing minor spares if required for effective functioning of the units and complete all as specified and as directed

Material and labour for servicing of outdoor unit and indoor unit of casette type air conditioning system of capacity 4 TR , installed at SFNA, including cleaning of filters & condenser coil using pressure water pump and indoor to be serviced by keeping waterproof cover bag with drain outlet and support plates to ensure hygiene of room, indoor unit shall be cleaned by best foam less AC coil cleaner in the cooling coil side and servicing the outer unit with water jet pump, removing the drain pipe and flushing out the drain including repairing, checking of gas pressure/leakage and including replacing minor spares if required for effective functioning of the units and complete all as specified and as directed

Material and labour for servicing of outdoor unit and indoor unit of casette type air conditioning system of capacity 2 TR , installed at ATC Garuda, including cleaning of filters & condenser coil using pressure water pump and indoor to be serviced by keeping waterproof cover bag with drain outlet and support plates to ensure hygiene of room, indoor unit shall be cleaned by best foam less AC coil cleaner in the cooling coil side and servicing the outer unit with water jet pump, removing the drain pipe and flushing out the drain including repairing, checking of gas pressure/leakage and including replacing minor spares if required for effective functioning of the units and complete all as specified and as directed Notes for item No. 56 to 58:- .Major spare items will be measured and paid separately under relvant items of this schedule.

Notes for item No. 1,2,18 to 22,44,56 to 58 :- 1. Any minor complaint/ breakdown shall be attended and rectified within 24 hrs. If complaint is not attended and repaired within 24 hrs a penalty of Rs.2000/- per day will be charged. 2. Any major complaints/breakdown shall be repaired within 48 hrs. If not attended within 48 hrs a penalty of Rs. 2000/- per day will be charged. weather the complaint is minor or major is decided at the sole descretion of GE/ EIC.
