Excavating post holes or similar holes, each not exceeding 0.5 Cu. M, getting out in hard/dense soil, and removing surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50 mtr.

M&L cement concrete with PCC type C 2 1:3:6 using 40mm graded aggregate as in foundation filling and mass concrete.

S&F in repairs Galvanized, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia., barbed with 2 mm dia., barbs at 75 mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanized mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc as directed.

S&F for 600 mm dia concertina coil stretches along with three lines for RBT supporting wire to same material as concertina coil having standard specifications (i.e 51 spiral per coil average weight not less than 1.3 Kg/RM), including coating of Px2 compound (Anti Rust) & fixed in angle iron brackets with clips, pins on compound wall with and including using necessary scaffolding along the length of wall, complete all as specified.

Supply only integral water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new decorated plastered surfaces of wall including cornices, pilasters etc and applying two coat of cement base paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded aggregate) as in mass-concrete.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down plaster on brick or concrete surfaces including raking out joints for key and srubbing down with water etc complete all as specified .

M&L for 10mm thick rendering in CM(1:4) as in vertical surfaces of skirting dados repair to steps complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM as in floor complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for Non - skid Ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including joint free complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surface 450x 300x 7 mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match including joint free complete all as specified and as directed.

SCHEDULE 'A' PART-II : E/M WORKS

Supply and fixing post top lantern LED type 20 watt 230 watt volts AC outdoor type with decorative post top for 360 degree indirect light IP 65 protection with impact and corrosion resistant complete with driver and lamp incliding cable from junction box to light fitting complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fix loopin loopout fuse junction box made out of PVC, weatherproof and locking screw, PVC connector 4 Way 32 Amps rating heavy duty mounted in the box fitting with including MCB SPN suitable size on steel tabular pole at a height not more than 1.0m above ground level with the help of clamps two nos of Fl 20x3 mm and suitable nuts and bolts complete all as directed.

Supply and fix time switches astro type (Having longitude and latitude of Indian cities in memory) 250 V single phase of 16 Amp rating with contactor fitted inside steel enclosure

S & F GI Pipe Medium Grade, including fittings 50mm dia and necessary earth and PCC work complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply lay and testing of cable in trenches/walls XLPE insulated, armoured electric cable (heavy duty 1100volt grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 10sqmm 4.0 core complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Excavation in trenches not exc.1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth and getting out in hard/dense soil for laying of cable complete all as specified.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layer not exceeding 25 cm thick complete all as specified

Removing excavated surplus soils meterial not exc.50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified.

Material and labour for natural river sand as cushioning of cables, including spreading and punning down complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge. Note : punned thickness shall be measured for payment purpose

Supply and laying in trenchesold site bricks common burnt clay sub class 'B' complete all as specified & directed

Material and labour for 50 mm dia GI steel tubes 'light grade' for cable protection including sealing both ends complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for cutting existing road/PCC/drain for laying of underground cable and including necessary earth work and making good to match with the exisitng surface with PCC1:3:6 type CI using 20mm graded aggregates complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60×60cm× 6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less'than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to galvanised earth lead wire 4.0mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion including taking down old perished earthing complete all as specified and directed.
