Earthwork in ordinary soil within 50m initial lead and 1.5m initial lift including rough dressing and breaking clods to maximum 5cm ot 7cm and laying in layers not exceeding 0.3m depth with cost of all labour T&P etc complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge as per the approved specification.

Sand filling as per approved drawing and technical specifications as per Section 2100 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (4th Revision) complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge as per approved specification.

Cement concrete (1:3:6) using 40mm size B.H.G C.B chips lauingin layers not exceeding 150mm ramming in rammer,watering and curing etc. complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge as per the approved specification..

Brick work with Flyash bricks 23cm x 10cm x 8cm size having crushing strength not less than 75kg/cm2 with dimensional tolerance ±8 percent in cement mortar (1:6) in Foundation & Plinthwith portlabd slag cement (PSC) immersing the bricks for minimum 6 hours in water before use with necessary projections, splays, cutting, circular moulding, corbelling etc. inclduing cost, conveyance, taxes, royalites, loading and unloading of all materials and all labour for scaffolding, watering and curing, sundries, T&P etc complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge as per approved specification.

2.5 cm. Damp proof course with C.C. (1:2:4) using 12mm. Size hard broken granite Chips including cost & conveyance of all material, royalty and taxes of all materials, cost of labour, T&P required for the work etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

12mm thick cement plaster with C.M. (1:6) over to Brick masonry & wall surface including cost, conveyance, royalty and taxes of all materials and labour with T&P etc. complete including watering, curing for required period as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge .

16mm thick cement plaster on the rough side of brick masonry wall with cement mortar of mix (1:6) using portland stag cement (IS 455) with inclduing raking out joints to a depth of 12mm, scrapping and cleaning the surface and finishing the plastered surface smooth to proper plumbs and level as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge including cost of all materials, conveyance loading and unloading, all taxes and royalities, all labour for scaffolding, watering and curing, sundries and T&P etc complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge as per approved specification.

Distempering two coats inside walls with approved make distemper ao approved shed on repair work to givean even shed over a coat of primer including cost of all materials with taxes, all labour, scaffoldings, sundries T&P etc complete as per direction of the Engineer-inCharge as per approved specification.

Painting two coats with approved weather seal paints of approved colour, shade on wall surface over a coat of wall primer including sand papering, polishing the surface, cost, conveyances, taxes of all materials and cost of all labour with T&P etc, complete as per specification & direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing M.S. grills of required pattern in frames of windows etc. with M.S. flats, square or round bars etc. including priming coat with approved steel primer all complete.

Painting two coats with approved paint on Iron/wood work with Enamel paint including cost of all materials with taxes, all labour, scaffolding, sundries T&P etc complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge as per approved specification.

2.5 cm thick grading concrete (1:2:2) on roof slab with 6mm & down grades size hard granite crusher broken chips on new work per 1 sqm. including cost of all materials, conveyance loading and unloading, all taxes and royalities, all labour for scaffolding, watering and curing, sundries and T&P etc complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge as per approved specification.

Supplying, fitting, fixing of Vitrified tiles (60cm x 60cm: colour) in dadoo in all floors over 12mm thick cement plaster (1:3) jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shades of the tiles including cost, conveyance and taxes of all materials, cost of all labour, T&P etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
