M& L, for earthing with galvanised steel earth plate of size 600 x 600 x 6 mm thick burried directly in ground not less than 2.5 mtr below grond level, earth plate placed on all side with charcoal mixed with salt to a thickness of 150 mm connected by GI earth strip of size 25 x 4 mm thick soldered and revetted to earth plate. GI earth strip will be protected by using 40mm bore GI pipe (light grade ISI marked) from top edge of earth plate to main earth point to be connected and 20mm dia GI watering pipe medium grade ISI marked.with funnel with wire mesh etc. The earthing includes PCC (1:3:6) type C1 using stone agg pit, RCC cover (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone agg and angle iron frame of 25 x 25 x 5mm, all as specified and shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part - I

Dismantling old U/S MCCB any type and S& F MCCB 4 pole ,415 volt, adjustable type 200 Amp breaking capacity 36 KA all as specified and directed .

Dismantling old U/S MCCB any type and S& F MCCB 3 pole ,415 volt, adjustable type 100 Amp breaking capacity 16 KA all as specified and directed .

M&L, for dismantling, detecting the fault and seggregation of LT/HT leg coil from transformer for rewinding LT/HT coil with enamelled insulating copper wire of required gauge including insulating materials of superior quality such as craft paper cotton tapes HT/LT insulation tape varnishes etc so as to meet their original specification including opening and heating as required complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting defective transformer indoor/outdoor of any capacity 100KVA to 400 KVA both from HT/LT sides, and then drainage of complete transformer oil, opening of top cover with due care and removal of all HT/LT winding connections from bushing and then lifting of core by means of tripod and chain pulley with due care for inspection and ascertain it’s serviceability state after keeping it aside. Removal of all sludge and unwanted material from tank and core, lowering of core assembly after carrying out required repairs to the winding and core. In case the repairs which are not possible at site then the transformer has to be taken to the work shop for repairs. Note :- (i)The cost of transportation shall be paid separately. (ii)The cost of rewinding shall be paid separately. (iii)The cost of dehydration/filtration & other necessary repair as directed shall be measured & paid for separately under relevant items of Sch’A’ (iv) Any additional transformer oil, if required will be filled by contractor and shall be paid under appropriate item.(v) The cost of assembling after complete repair are included in the rate quoted in this item.

Disconnecting and dismantling burnt Copper bushing and S&F new copper bushing incl insulator LT side suitable for 160 kva transformer capacity installed at any location or as sample complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- 4 Nos of copper bushing is considered as one set

Disconnecting and dismantling burnt Copper bushing and S&F new copper bushing incl porcelian insulator HT side suitable for 160 kva transformer capacity installed at any loaction or as sample complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Supply and filling transformer oil conforming to IS 335-1993 for topping up of the oil level of trasformer of any capacity of die electric strength 50 KV complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of old surface of transformer 11KV/433V for painting externally including fins/radiators removal of all rust/oil/grease and unwanted material and then two coats of synthetic enamel metallic paint by means of spray gun at site of installation of transformer complete all as specified and directed by engineer in charge suitable for following capacity of transformer up to 200 KVA complete all as specifed and directed.

Dehydration/centrifuging of transformer oil by means centrifuging machine electrically operated at site of installation of transformer in running condition of transformer including testing of transformer oil before and after centrifuging from top and bottom of transformer at 4mm gap the BDV should be 40KV complete all as specified and directed by engineer in charge.

M & L, for tinkaring, welding, denting / Painting to damage door and MS iron framework, inculding hinges of door, nuts, bolts, washers, welding and locking arrangement. Bending cold and hot Driling hole for bolts, in any size as required or directed and inclusive of one primer coat of red oxide primer one under coat and one finishing coat of synthetic enameled paint with existing colour and having letter writing (required instruction) in white/ Red paint, complete and taking out to existing old U/S MCCBs, Bus bar from LT panel carefully and replacement with new one aluminium lugs to incoming and out going LT cable, complete servicing testing and commissioning in all respect al as directed. Note: Excavation work and MCCBs will be measured and paid separately under respective items of this schedule .

Supplying, streching and fixing in replacement of over head ACSR conductor any size ie. weasel,Ferret,and Dog and any type fixing on iron steel tubular pole including binding/jointing the conductor to indulator with and incl 14 SWG binding wire complete all as specified and directed.

M&L, for galvanized steel wire 3.15 mm or4mm dia continous earth wire on pole or guard wire for protecting fallen overhead conductor incuding winding wire of suitable size complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting / trimming of tree branches touching/ embracing HT/ LT OH line in order to maintain clearance of 1.5 Mtr on either side around the conductor complete all as spefified and directed. Note:- All necessary T&P has to be arranged by contractor.

Dismantling insulators any type, any size complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing in replacement pin type porcelain,vitreous, white,brown insulator including one galvanised mild steel spindle , two galvanised iron washer and one galvanised iron nut, 100mm height 65mm dia, 1100V grade complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge

Supply & fixing in replacement disc type insulator porcelain various 145 mm height and 255 mm dia ball and socket type white, brown or green two in series as assembly tension with tension clamps for conductor working pressure 11000 volts all as specified and directed.

Dismantling and taking out old unserviceable PCC/Tubular pole and struts of any size including clamps insulators, cross arms etc of any type complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Steel tubular swaged poles complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts and screws as specified type 410 SP-31 (9.00 mtr long) complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Required earth work, PCC foundation and pole painting will be paid seperately under relevant items of Sch A

S&F Cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for outdoor termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of 95 Sqmm 3 core complete all as specified and directed.

Note;- The earcth work, GI pipe shall be measured and paid sepretely under appropriate item of Sch A

M & L, PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in mass concrete/foundation complete all as specified and directed.

M & L PCC 1:4:8, type D2, ( using 40mm graded stone Agg) in foundation and posts including caps and bases all as specified as directed.

S&F in replacement of lightning arresters expulsion type for 11 KV HT complete with all fittings, transmission class, discharge capacity 65 kilo amp complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting, dismantling,and taking out of unserviceable Analog type voltmeter from LT panel box and supply and fixing new three phase voltmeter digital type PT operated, of range (0-500 V), of size 96x96mm for LT, including necessary control wire connection and necessary thimbles nut bolts etc incl cuting if required in existing LT panel and testing complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down of old U/S service cable and Supplying and fixing 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable PVC insulated aluminium conductor, served with inner sheathing of PVC tape and overall PVC sheathed in service connections suspended by insulating hangers not more than 1 metre apart including 4mm suspension wire, twin core cable flat or circular 10 Sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down of old U/S service cable and Supplying and fixing 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable PVC insulated aluminium conductor, served with inner sheathing of PVC tape and overall PVC sheathed in service connections suspended by insulating hangers not more than 1 metre apart including 4mm suspension wire, twin core cable flat or circular 16 Sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting and taking out existing light fitting of any description and in any position on walls or poles complete and Supply, fixing & testing 35 W LED road way light fitting mounting type made out of one piece in pressure die-cast aluminium, alloy powder coated housing enclosed with glass cover in frame fitted luminaries complete with electronic driver and all accessories suitable for & including lamp 35 W with suitable No's of LEDs . The fitting shall IP 65 protection, duly prewired complete with and including connecting the fitting to bus bar box/Main switch with using 2.5 Sqmm two single core PVC insulated and unsheathed copper conductor copper conductor cable complete all as specified and directed. Disconnecting and taking out existing light fitting of any description and in any position on walls including rusted brackets complete and Supply, fixing & testing 60W LED flood light fitting mounting type made out of one piece in pressure die-cast aluminium, alloy powder coated housing enclosed with glass cover in frame fitted luminaries complete with all accessories and suitable for & including lamp 60 W high power LEDs . The fitting shall IP 65 protection, duly prewired suitable for and including mounting bracket made of MS Angle Iron 40x40x5mm , 900mm long, bent to shape cutting,drilling of holes & welding as required & directed etc fixed/grouted on wall/pole with fastner's nut,bolt washers as required and including painted with two coat of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer with and including connecting the fitting to bus bar box/Main switch with using 2.5 Sqmm two single core PVC insulated and unsheathed copper conductor copper conductor cable complete all as specified and directed. Taking down existing bracket complete and S&F 32 mm dia GI light grade pipe bracket 1.20 m long bent to shape by cutting & welding as required & directed and fixed to pole with two Nos of FI clamps 50x6 mm to be tightened with bolts, nut and washers and including painted with two coat of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing fiber/plastic KIOSK box complete with housing and one number MCB (including MCB SP 6A), on PCC/Steel tubular pole with the help of FI Clamp 20x4 mm including nuts bolts and washers etc and one coat of red oxide primer and two coat of aluminium paint on MS work. Make of Kiosk box-Sintex/Havells/hensel or equivalent. Make of MCB-Standard/Havells/ or equivalent.

Disconnecting the existing non functional submersible pump set from electric supply from panel, dismantling existing CI bend from non return valve, removing and lifting out submersible pump set of any description and capacity & in any position, alongwith existing column pipe 100 mm dia and existing submersible cable of any size from the bore well (approximately 500 feet depth of pump set from GL) and staking the pump and column pipes near by the bore well for inspection complete all as specified and directed . (including notes mentioned here in below in item no 53.01) NOTE : 1. Contractor shall take proper precautions while lifting out and removing pump set from bore well so as to avoid any damage to column pipe and submersible cable. All necessary T&P and equipments required for lifting out pump set etc shall be arranged by the contractor at his own cost. 2. Number of column pipe may vary from 30 to 50, The existing pipes , screwed and socket joints shall be checked for its serviceability & unserviceable joints alongwith flanges shall be removed from the column pipe by cutting the pipes & making new thread in pipes for fixing of new socket and nut bolt, the cost of same shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate for above item. However cleaning of pipes if any required shall be measured & paid separately.

Taking out & removing old burnt out windings of the submersible electric motor of capacity 35 HP, Three phase, 415 Volts, 50 Hz, AC supply capacity and rewinding of submersible electric motors with existing size PVC insulated, copper conductor wire including cleaning the slots with carbon- tetra-chloride solution before rewinding ,transportation to site complete all as specified and directed

Lowering down of the submersible pump set of any description and any capacity & in any position, in bore well alongwith column pipe 50mm dia and submersible cable of any size (approximately 500 feet depth of pump set from GL) including making necessary electric connections & testing the pump set after lowering complete all as specified and directed NOTES :- 1. Contractor shall take proper precautions while lowering pump set in bore well so as to avoid any damage to column pipe and submersible cable. All necessary T&P and equipments required for lowering of pump set etc shall be arranged by the contractor at his own cost. 2. Disconnecting, dismantling and taking out the existing Air conditioner Split type of any description, any make and in any position 1.5 TR/2 TR capacity, both indoor and outdoor unit single phase, strip opening , cleaning and servicing of the AC with using caustic soda/detergent solution, cleaning of suction air filter and coil of indoor unit and brazing the discharge and suction line, reassembling, fixing and testing of the AC complete all as specified and directed. NOTE :- (Applicable for Sch ‘A’ Item No. 81 & 82 (i) The replacement of defective / nonfunctional parts shall be measured & paid for separately as “Supply & fixing ” under appropriate item of Sch ‘A’. Disconnecting , taking down & removing carefully the existing ceiling fan, exhaust fans, wall bracket fans and air circulating fans etc. of any description, any sweep and from any position / locations (i.e. Md Accn/ OTM Accn / Md Hostel/ Workshop/ Installations) for repairs / servicing / overhauling / painting / numbering etc., dismantling & opening of the fans, checking serviceability of parts, Realignment of motor shaft, overhauling by necessary cleaning, oiling & greasing , fixing the serviceable parts in position, removing & replacement of defective/ unserviceable parts, if any, with new parts, reassembling the fans, making necessary adjustment and proper alignment of blades, hanging / fixing the repaired fans in position, connecting to existing electric sources and testing at site to the entire satisfaction complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying only aluminium cast metal fan blade assembly with necessary MS nuts, bolts & washers suitable for ceiling fans of any descriptions & of 1400/1200 mm sweep. complete all as specifed and directed.

Taking down carefully copper/aluminum point wiring (light/fan/socket power) complete , including fixture and fitting such as switches, ceilling roses, pendants, regulators, socket, light fittings etc. removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit (credit for above items should be made as per condition seperately) and making good disturbed surfases of walls, floors, etc.
