Earth work in excavation in foundations, trenches etc. in all kinds of soil, not exceeding 2 meters depth including dressing of bottom and sides of trenches, stacking the excavated soil, clear from the edge of excavation and subsequent filling around masonry in 15 cm layers with compaction, including disposal of all surplus soil as directed within a lead of 30 Mtrs. (HSR 6.6)

Earth filling under floors with surplus soil, excavated from foundation and taken only from outside the building plinth, in 15 cm layers, including ramming watering and consolidating lead upto 30 metres. (HSR 6.13 (a))

Dismantling Brick Work, Tile Masonry or Tile Lining and Tile Terracing. (HSR 8.5) (b) in Cement

Dismantling Concrete (e) reinforced cement concrete with cleaning and straightening and cutting of bars if required. (HSR 8.6) (e))

Cement concrete 1:1½:3 with stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size for reinforced concrete work for walls exceeding 20 cm thickness (straight and curved) beams, girders, stairs, columns, (square or rectangular) battens and lintels etc. excluding steel reinforcement but including centering and shuttering, laid in position, complete in all respects. Cement concrete 1:1½:3 with stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size for reinforced concrete work in footings, strips, foundation beams, rafts pedestals and approaches slabs of bridges etc. excluding steel reinforcement but including centring and shuttering, laid in position, complete in all respect. (for work upto 1.5 Meter below ground level.) (HSR 10.90 + 10.95 (a))

First class brick work laid in cement sand mortar 1:6 in foundation and plinth. (HSR 11.2)

First class brick work laid in cement sand mortar 1:4 in first storey upto 4 metres above plinth level. (HSR 11.9)

12 mm thick cement plaster 1:4 (HSR 15.5)

15 mm thick cement plaster 1:4 on the rough side of single or half brick wall (HSR 15.10)

Providing two coats of exterior acrylic emulsion paint. (Note:- First quality paint of reputed make firm such as Goodlass-Nerolac, Berger, Garware, Jenson, Nicholson, Asian & Shalimar Shall be used as approved by Engineer-in-charge in writing, Drum of paint shall be opened in presence of Engineer-in-charge). (HSR 16.79 (b)).

Providing and applying two coats white cement based putty over plastered surface and grindling the surface smooth with sand paper to get an even and smooth finish including cost and carriage of all material, labour charges, scaffolding, sundries etc. complete. (Note:- reputed make Putty such as J.K./ Birla shall be used as approved by Engineer-in-charge). (HSR 16.81).

Wrought iron and mild steel (using angles, flats square bars, tees and channels) ladders, grills, gratting frames, window guards, iron doors openable or fixed stair case or parapet or any other type of railing, gates and tree guards etc., including cost of screws and welding rods or bolts and nuts complete fixed in position. (HSR 18.12).

Steel reinforcement TMT bars FE-500 EQR/FE-500 D grade or more for RCC work, where no included in the complete rate of RCC including Straightening, bending, binding, wastage, overlaps, welded joints, spacer bars, chairs, stays, hangers and annealed steel wire etc. and placing in position complete in all respects for all heights/depths /storeys/ basements etc. (Note:- Reinforcement shall be measured in length including hooks, if any, separately for different diameters as actually used in work, excluding overlaps. Wastage, overlaps, couplings, welded joints, spacer bars, chairs, stays, hangers and annealed steel wire or other methods for binding and placing, shall not be measured and cost of these items shall be deemed to be included in the rates for reinforcement). (HSR 18.22).

Supply and Laying of Sand Filling under PCC / foundation complete in all respect.

Recovery items:- Bidders have to quote rates for recovery items at least or more than reserve price. The rates quoted against recovery items will not be included in the total amount, rather it will be deducted while calculating financial statement of the agency. Note :- The reserve amount is minimum amount to be used as base for quoting purchase rate by the agency. No rates below the reserve price will be entertained and reserve price will be considered for all purposes in case the agency quotes lesser than reserve price as under :- The quantities are as under :- i) Good Bricks @ Rs.4.50 Each

ii) Brick Bats@ Rs.400.00 Per Cum

iii) Steel@ Rs.2000.00 Per Qtl.

iv) Door & Windows @ Rs.300.00 Each
