Excavation in hilly area in all heights and depths in all kinds of soil by manual /mechanical means including saturated soil comprising of ordinary soil , soft rocks, hard rocks, chiselling/wedging out of rock (where blasting is prohibited ) and other intermediate classification of soil, setting out true to the required line, grade width cutting and trimming of side slopes and level as shown on the drawing and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge at site according to the M.O.R.D Technical Specification 2014 Clause 302,1603.1,1603.2, and sorting out useful material and stacking the same in all leads and lifts on acquired width of the road and transportation of useful material for filling in road ways, camber ,embankments for grade improvements and disposal of all surplus materials to the approved dumping sites, which shall be managed by the contractor / firm at their own, through all modes of transportation including head load or animals transport or mechanical means, alongwith its levelling fine dressing and carriage of machineries, materials, tools equipments and safety measures and other incidentals necessary to complete the work by mechanical means and/or labour if required. Any Loss to the public/private property during the execution shall be the absolute responsibility of the Contractor which shall have to be duly compensated by him in all cases including carriage of materials , within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate includes, octroi, Malkana , Toll tax , Goods Service Tax, building and other construction worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, levy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Earth work in excavation for structure in all type of road structure such as retaining walls, breast walls, culverts, drains and parapets etcetra in all type of classification of soil comprising of ordinary soil,ordinary rock , hard rocks, chiseling / wedging out of rock (where blasting is prohibited) as per drawing and MORD technical specification ,2014 clause 305.1 and as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious matter, and disposal of materials up to any leads and upto any lift including dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling in trenches with excavated suitable approved material. to the original surface in layers not exceeding 150mm (one hundred fifty millimeters) compacted thickness including shorting and shuttering and pumping or bailing out water (surface and sub soil water) up to all depth and any quantum of water including cleaning of slush which may arise out during dewatering as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge and carriage of material tools machinery, tools equipment and safety measure necessary to complete the work within all leadss and lifts.Any loss to the public /private property during the course of execution shall be the absolute responsibility of the Contractor which shall have to be duly compensated by him.The rate includes octori, malkhana, toll tax, Goods Service Tax, building and other constrcution worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, leavy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Providing and laying concrete for plain /reinforced concrete in open foundations complete as per drawing and technical specification clauses 802,803 ,1202 and 1203.(CC1:5:10 )without plum(One cement five sand ten grade stone aggregate, with minimum cement contents 130 Kg. i/c cost of form work including carriage of materials , within all leads and lifts and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.. The rate includes octori, malkhana, toll tax, Goods Service Tax, building and other constrcution worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, leavy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Back filling behind abutment, wing wall and return wall complete as per drawings and technical specification clause 1204.3.8 of MORD specification,1200 including carriage of materials , within all leads and lifts and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.. The rate includes octori, malkhana, toll tax, Goods Service Tax, building and other constrcution worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, leavy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Providing weepholes in brick masonry/stone masonary/plain reinforced concrete abutment wing wall, return wall with 100mm (hundred millimetre ) dia PVC pipes extending through the full width of the structures with slope of 1 (v): 20 (H) towards drawing face complete as per drawing and technical specification clauses 614, 709, 1204.3.7.including carriage of materials , within all leads and lifts and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.. The rate includes octori, malkhana, toll tax, Goods Service Tax, building and other constrcution worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, leavy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Providing concrete for plain/reinforced concrete in open foundations complete as per drawings and technical specifications clause 802,803,1202 & 1203 .P.C.C. grade M-10 (i) Nominal mix 1:3:6 (One cement : three sand :six graded stone aggregate minimum cement contents should not be less than 250 Kg. per Cubic metre including carriage of materials , within all leads and lifts and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.. The rate includes octori, malkhana, toll tax, Goods Service Tax, building and other constrcution worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, leavy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Preparation of sub-grade by dressing to camber (Earth work) for the cutting involved for sub-grade to be measured and paid for separately depending upon the classification of soil completed as per HP.PWD, Specification as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals .The rates includes octroi,royality ,Malkana toll tax goods and serivice tax,building and other construction workers, welfare cess royality of any other tax, levy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the Contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Consolidation of sub-grade with road roller including making good the undulation etcetra with earth or quarry soil etcetera and re-rolling the sub-grade completed as per HP.PWD, specification including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge .The rates includes octroi,royality ,Malkana toll tax goods and serivice tax,building and other construction workers, welfare cess royality of any other tax, levy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the Contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Providing laying spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness hand packing rolling with three wheel 80-100 KN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber applying and brooming stone screening/binding materials to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate watering and compacting to the required density Grading 1 as per Technical Specification Clause 405. ( By Mechanical means) including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.The rates includes octroi,royality ,Malkana toll tax goods and serivice tax ,building and other construction workers, welfare cess royality of any other tax, levy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the Contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-I) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70 -1.00 (Zero point seven zero to one point zero)Kilogramme per Square metre using mechanical means as per Technical Specifications Clause 502. including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge..The rates includes octroi,royality ,Malkana toll tax ,goods and serivice tax ,building and other construction workers, welfare cess royality or any other tax, levy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the Contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion (RS-I) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.25 to 0.30 Kg. (Zero point two five to Zero point three zero)Kilogram per square metre on the prepared granular surface treated with primer and cleaned with Hydrauic broom as per Technical Specification Clause-503 including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge..The rates includes octroi,royality ,Malkana toll tax ,goods and serivice ,building and other construction workers, welfare cess royality of any other tax, levy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the Contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Providing , laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20mm (Twenty millimetre)compacted thickness composed of crushed stone aggregate 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm (Thirteen point two millimetre to five point six millimetre ) @ 0.27 cubic metres (Zero point two seven ) per 10 square metre (Ten Square metre) mixed with pentration grade paving bitumen V.G-30 (Viscosity grade-Thirty ) at the rate of 14.6 kg.(Fourteen point six kilogramme) per ten square metre of road surface to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base including mixing and heating binder and aggregate in suitable plant, laying with paver finisher and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 KN (Eighty - hundred ) capacity static road roller finished to required level and grade to be followed by seal coat of type-B by machanical means as per MORD technical specification 2014. clause 508 including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.The rates includes octroi,royality ,Malkana toll tax ,goods and serivice tax ,building and other construction workers, welfare cess royality of any other tax, levy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the Contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Providing and laying seal coat for sealing the voids in bitumenous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type-C and as per Technical Specifications,2014 Clause 510 using Bitumen (S-90 ) by Mechanical means including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.The rates includes octroi,royality ,Malkana toll tax ,goods and serivice tax,building and other construction workers, welfare cess royality or any other tax, levy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the Contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Providing and Laying Cement concrete, 1:2:5:5 (One Cement two and half sand five graded stone aggregate, 40mm nominal size) minimum cement contents should not less than 275 kg. per cubic m eand curing complete including the cost of form work with steel plates and filled by biutumen brums in dressiest as per drawing and H.P.PWD,Technical Specification clause 792,804,805,806,807,1202 and 1204 including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.The rates includes octroi,royality ,Malkana toll tax ,goods and serivice tax,building and other construction workers, welfare cess royality or any other tax, levy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the Contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.
