Taking down existing HT cable of size 1C x 4 RUN x (95-120 Sqmm) laid in trenches/duct including all accessories such as lugs, glands and terminals etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down existing HT 11 KV bus bar panel complete with all accessories complete all as per specified and directed

Taking down existing 06 pole structure complete with all accessories complete all as per specified and directed

Taking down existing GOD and droped out fuse assembly complete all as per specified and directed

Supply, laying & testing cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor, 11000 volts grade, of size 3 core 95 Sqmm complete all as per specification and directed (Make : Havells/Polycab/KEI)

Supplying and jointing in repair straight through jointing kit (Heat shrinkable) with all accessories suitable for HT 11 KV XLPE UG cable of size 3core 95 sqmm aluminum conductor and testing complete all as directed by the engineer-in-charge. (Make: Denson/M Seal/Raychem/Birla 3M)

Supply and fix cable jointing kit for 11 KV grade cable for in door termination, heat shrink type, joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured Al conductor cable of size 95 Sqmm. (Make: Denson/M Seal/Raychem/Birla 3M)

Supply and fix cable jointing kit for 11 KV grade cable for outdoor termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured Al conductor cable of size 95 Sqmm. (Make: Denson/M Seal/Raychem/Birla 3M)

M & L for gang operated device( GOD) HT 11 KV outdoor type suitable for vertical mounting fixed type complete with 12 insulators and frame with operating mechanism( including GI pipe medium grade 25mm dia pipe,necessary supports) worked from ground level complete with locking arrangements including pad locks with key of rating 200Amps all as specified and directed.( Make : Jayashree/Jayapuria/BHEL/GODREJ)

Supply, Installation, testing & Commissioning of 11 KV, 630 Amps, 21KA one side extensible IP54 Outdoor type SF6 gas insulated 630 Amp Copper busbar RMU (with provn for future SCADA compatability) comprising of 02 Load Break switches (01 I/C & 01 O/G) and 03 VCB module (CVVVC+) as per details below. The LBS shall be enclosed in robotically welded minimum 2.5 mm thick non magnetic, non ferrite Stainless Steel tank of grade SS304 filled with SF6 with IP class IP67 , leak rate less than 0.1% and tested as per latest IEC 62271-200. The unit shall have front cable entry for ease of installation and shall have site replaceable bushings for ease of troubleshooting during breakdown. VCB Module is not all acceptable in place of Fuse Module.Extensible bushings shall be bolted type and extension shall be possible through bus-bars.Manual welding of tank shall not be acceptable. The outer enclosure shall cover complete length of the switchgear to ensure double door IP protection for cable cover. The unit shall include the following ( as per Notes given below ) with all necessary standard fitting required at site complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer -in-charge.

M & L for Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600mmx600mmx6mm size burried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 mm below ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level, connected to galvanised earth strip 32x6 mm size upto 7.5 m length by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers made out of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate no. 5 of SSR part-1 including necessary excavation earth work, drilling of holes for electrode, PCC 1:3:6 type C1, RCC cover slab, 50 mm thick with 1:2:4 type B1, using 8 mm CTD bars 140 mm C/C both- way with suitable handle ,watering pipe 20 mm dia light grade GI, funnel, charcoal, salt all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge including taking down old u/s earthing assembly all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and not exceeding 1.5 metre in deep and getting out in hard/dense soil for laying underground cable, foundation etc all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm all as directed

Removing excavated material not exceeding 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point all as directed

Supply spread dry river sand in trenches on top and bottom of cable for cable cushioning and filling in duct all as specified and directed. (Note: For measurement purpose only punned thickness shall be considered)

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class HVP, type 1 with peak, size 300mm x 180mm x 40mm complete all as specified and directed.
