Outsourcing of services for conservancy and house keeping services for data entry & for doing day to day office related works in HQ CWE Ranchi office complex having good knowledge of MS word, window, MS office, MS excel, MS power point & internet etc as required for working by deploying 01 No SSA/JAA (Skilled trade man) in one shift of 08 Hours i.e. from 08 : 30 to 17: 00 hrs per day on all working days (except sunday and holidays) including half hour lunch break complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) The contractor shall employ the SSA/JAA (For data entry) having Minimum educational qualification at least 12 th passed and should be capable to read and write English and Hindi and well disciplined as applicable for office work.

Outsourcing of services for conservancy and house keeping services for Daftry for doing day to day office related works by deploying 02 Nos (Semi Skilled trades men), 01 No in CWE Ranchi and 01 No in GE Dipatoli, in one shift of 08 Hours i.e. from 08 : 30 to 17: 00 hrs per day on all working days (except sunday and holidays) including half hour lunch break complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) The contractor shall employ the Daftry having Minimum educational qualification at least 10 th passed and should be capable to read and write English and Hindi and well disciplined as applicable for office work.

Outsourcing of services for conservancy and house keeping services for Ferro printer (For printing of drawings) and for doing day to day office related works by deploying 01 No (Semi Skilled trades men) in CWE Ranchi office complex , in one shift of 08 Hours i.e. from 08 : 30 to 17: 00 hrs per day on all working days (except sunday and holidays) including half hour lunch break complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) The contractor shall employ the Daftry having Minimum educational qualification at least 10 th passed and should be capable to read and write English and Hindi and well disciplined as applicable for office work.

Outsourcing services for conservancy and house keeping services of Gardener for doing day to day maintenance and upkeep of garden at office complexes of Main office of GE Dipatoli , BSO yard , MES E/ M and B/R Installations, B/R and E/M Sub div office complex by deploying 01 No Mali / Gardner including providing requisite tools, plants, equipments, safety gears etc as required for working in 01 shift of 08 Hours i.e. from 08 : 30 to 17: 00 hrs per day on all working days (except sunday and holidays) including half hour lunch break complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) The contractor shall employ the Gardener having 5 years experience in gardening . The working Hrs of staff working in each area will be decided and directed by department as per duty roster. .

Outsourcing services for conservancy and house keeping services for doing day to day cleaning works of internal external area of Main office of GE Dipatoli , BSO yard, CWE office , MES E/ M and B/R Installations, B/R and E/M Sub div office including connected roads, drain and nallah , open space around office area , toilets , store room and Garrages complete all as directed , cleaning by using brooms , removing the small vegitation and cleaning the toilets / wash rooms using necessary Liquid Toilet Cleaner etc in all weather / climate conditions in entire area of GE Dipatoli and CWE Ranchi office complex by deploying 09 Nos Safai wala including providing requisite tools, plants, equipments, safety gears etc as required for working in 01 shift of 08 Hours i.e. from 08 : 30 to 17: 00 hrs per day on all working days (except sunday and holidays) including half hour lunch break complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) The Nos of staff working in each area will be decided and directed by department as per duty roster. (ii) Contractor shall provide all necessary T&P for records includings Dress, Shoes, cleaning solutions , Mop Set , ladder and cloths for cleaning internal area of office area etc as approved by GE. (iii) All necessary tools/saftey items/Brooms sweep/Mask/Hand gloves and other related items with safai works will be provided by the contractor.
