Trenching in ordinary soil up to a depth of 30 cm including removal and stacking of serviceable materials and then disposing of surplus soil, by spreading and neatly levelling within a lead of 50 m and making up the trenched area to proper levels by filling with earth or earth mixed with sludge or / and manure before and after flooding trench with water (excluding cost of imported earth, sludge or manure).

Supplying and spreading of good earth suitable for plant growth at site including royalty and carriage upto 5 km lead complete (earth measured in stacks will be reduced by 20% for payment).

Supply and stacking at site dump farmyard manure from approved source, including carriage upto 5 km lead complete (manure measured in stacks will be reduced by 8% for payment).

Supply and laying Neelgiri/Mexican grass turf with earth 50mm to 60mm thickness of existing ground prepared with proper level and ramming with tools wooden (Dhurmos) and than rolling the surface with light roller make the surface smoothen and light waterning with sprinkler and maintenance for 30 days or more till the grass establish properly, as per direction of officer-in-charge

Supply and Planting of of Thevetia nerifolia of height 60-75 cm. with 5-6 branches in poly bags of size 20 cm , pit excavation and planting staking complete as per direction of the officer-in-charge.

Supply and Planting of Clerodendran inerme of ht. 20 cm to 30 cm multi branched, pit excavation and planting staking complete as per direction of the officer-in-charge.

Supply and Planting of Galphimia gluaca 20-30cm height, bushy and without any pest and disease infection, pit excavation and planting staking complete

Supply and Planting of Royal palms well developed - 210-240cm ht and Shade Trees -150-165cm height, bushy and free from pest and diseases, pit excavation and planting staking complete

Supply and Planting of Eugenia campanulatum of ht. 20 cm to 30 cm multi branched, pit excavation and planting staking complete as per direction of the officer-in-charge.

Supply and Planting of Ficus blackii (F.vivion) / Ficus long Island of height / Ficus long Island 30- 45cm. with 6- 8 branches healthy foliage in earthen pots of size 25 cm. Pit excavation and planting staking complete as per direction of the officer-in-charge.

Supply and Planting of Alpinia Variegated (three in one) having ht. 30 cm and above, with fresh and healthy variegated foliage in 25 cm size. Pit excavation and planting staking complete as per direction of the officer-in-charge.

Supply and Planting of Nerium oleander (kaner) dwarf of height 30-40 cm. in earthen pot of size 20 cm. Pit excavation and planting staking complete as per direction of the officer-in-charge.

Supply and planting complete of Terminalia mentalis of height 7-8 feet. in big polybags of size 25 cm as per direction of the officer-in-charge.

Supply and planting of Avenue trees as per specification. Planting method : 75cmx75cmx75cm pit should be made and filled with redsoil and manure in the the ratio of 2:1. the cost including forming ring basin and watering at the time of planting complete. Supply and installing of cement rings with inner diameter of 75cm, inner wall height 80 mm outer wall height 30mm and total wall width 80 mm including installation, area cleaning complete.

Supply and installation of bricks Brick edging and brick size 4x3x9 inches laid dry length wise, including required excavation, refilling, consolidating with hand packing and spreading surpuls earth neatly within a lead of 50 m and terragota colour painting.

Six months complete maintenance from the date of work completion of the entire garden features i.e. lawn trees, shrubs, herbs, edge, flower beds, foliages, creepers etc. including hoeing,weeding, pruning, replacement of plants, gap filling, watering, mowing of lawn, grass cutting by lawn mover and brush cutter, removal of garden waste, applying insecticide, pesticide & fertilizers(whenever required) top dressing of lawn with good earth and manure and maintenance of other garden related works as directed by office-in-charge (Lawn mover and brush cutter with fuel will be provided by the Department and other T & P material/articles shall be provided by the contractor) and as per direction of officer in charge. Daily except public holidays, minimum one male labourers should be provided for maintenance work. Mortality of all plants shall be replaced by the contractor.

SCHEDULE OF PAYMENTS 1) For BOQ Item No.1-17, payment will be made 15 days after completion of the work 2) For BOQ Item No.18, payment will be made once in two months .
