S & F water heater, storage type, electric, single phase with heating element 2 KW, five star rating and installed of capacity 50 litre,having stainless steel inner container,with 02 Nos PVC connection and PVC wire 3 Core of suitable length with plug top complete all as specified and as directed. Make:- Racold/ Philips/ V-Guard/ Havells or equivalent make as approved by GE.

All as per Item no 133.00 above, but 25 liter capacity water heater complete.

M&L for aluminium strip 25 x 3.15mm with saddles and fixing screws etc. for roof conductorsand down conductors above ground

Supply and fix rubber strip of size 30x3 mm in cable duct.

M & L For Copper strip 20 x 3.15mm with saddles and fixing screws etc.for roof conductors and downconductors above ground

Supply & Fix of ceramic supporter with nut bolts / screws for fixing of copper / aluminium strips / GI strips on walls etc complete.

M&L for PCC (1:3:6) type C1 using 20mm grade stone aggregate for foundation, filling and mass concrete including necessary form work fair finishing to exposed surface complete.

Material for recharging of earthing, adopting following procedure during recharging.

(a) Excavate earth pit up to 3 ft depth and 3 ft radius around the pit, without damaging existing electrode. Keep the excavated soil near to the pit as it will be used for refilling along with the chemicals.

(b) Each earth pit requires 25 Kg. (appx) of chemical as per distribution mentioned below. Prepare the chemical mixture for the earth pit and keep it near to the pit for filling.(i) Magnesium : 10 KG (ii) salt : 10 KG (iii) Charcoal : 5 Kg

(c) Fill back chemical mixture prepared in above step and loose soil at alternate layers of 15 cm. The top most layer must be of soil (excavated soil) and should be of minimum 2 ft depth to avoid erosion of chemicals.

(d) Fill the pit with water for 3-4 hrs continuously for dessipation of the chemical. Follow this procedure for next seven days for even distribution of the chemical around the electrode.

(e) Check the connection between electrode and copper strip. All rusted nut and bolts to be replaced with new one and tightened. Use contact cleaner to clean the connection point.Apply petroleum jelly to the connection point to avoid rusting and mouisture accumulation.

(f ) Inspect the copper strip running between the earth pit and equipment room. All connection point to be inspected for tightness and rusting.

(g) Check termination of equipment earth cable on the junction box. All loose connection to be tightened. Check for the availability of thimble and if it is broken replace it with spare.

M & L for preparation of surfaces of earth pit cover/identifier and applying two coats of red oxide and synthetic enamel paint of any tint and colour over 10cm width or girth complete with marking of one inch height in block letters for ease of reading all as specified and directed.

M & L for brazing of copper strip/rod at joints complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in PCC block foundation of size 150mmx100mmx100mm embedded with 100mmx50mmx40mm wooden plug of hard wood, fixed on roof of building using bonding material complete all as specified and directed.

S &F test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorus bronze of size 75mmx75mmx25mm drilled and screwed including 3 Nos, 8mm dia 25mm long hexagonal head screw all as specified and directed.

M&L for post constructional anti-termite treatment of soil under existing floors using emulsion @ one litre per hole, 300mm apart including drilling and plugging 12mm dia holes with cement mortar 1:2 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand) to match the existing floors for cable duct ATT complete.
