Isolating the 100 KVA HT/LT distribution transformer of lift irrigation scheme Boniyar from HT side by means of dropping the link set, discarding the HT cable, disconnecting the LT side Cable from bush rods with the help of skilled labour, lowering of transformer from bed with the help of JCB to loading side , loading in private vehicle to workshop for repairs.

Draining of T-oil from transformer tank in separate barrel to be arranged by the firm with the help of skilled labour and other tools & tackles.

Opening the lid of transformer and discarding the LT/HT connections from LT/HT rods, taking out the assembly from tank. The job includes the charge for dismantling of core assembly & removing damaged coil with the help of skilled labours .

Providing and fitting of 12 No. fresh HT coils in appropriate size of Aluminium wire as per sample.(weight of one coil = 4kg).

Providing and fitting of insulating material with the help of skilled labours like, latheroid paper, cork sheet, cotton tape, fibre glass sleeves, insulation gum and varnishing of the coils and heating in the heating chamber.

Reassembling of Transformer by way of fitment of HT /LT Coils, core after proper cleaning, clamping channels, nuts/bolts heat treatment of the Assembled transformer, and fitting top lid of the transformer.

Loading of the transformer in a private load carrier after proper repairs at workshop and unloading at site with the help of skilled labour& JCB, connecting H.T & L.T connections with the help of skilled labours & tested on full load .

Deduction cost of old scrap as 80% of weight of item no. 04.

Providing and filling of fresh T-oil of servo make for various lift irrigation Schemes. (02 barrel).

a) Dismantling of motor from the respective base frame by opening of foundation bolts and disassembling of rubber type coupling. The job includes dragging of 225 HP, 960RPM, 3 phase induction motor of LIS Kitchama to loading site with the help of manual labour which is difficult portion of job and shifting it to the workshop and unload it there. The job includes the shifting of motor back to site in a private vehicle after successful completion of whole job and testing on full load. b) Dismantling of motor at workshop by way of disassembling the stator, rotor assembly and assessing the damages. The job also includes extraction of damaged windings from the slots of stator c) Complete rewinding of stator coils as per sample of copper wire of standard size and quality. (90kg@ 1300/kg) d) Providing & fitting of insulating material in the slots of the stator including bamboo straps, lathered paper e) Varnishing of windings using good quality varnish and the job includes heat treatment process using con- material. f) Reassembling of the stator rotor assembly carefully without causing any damage to the windings. The job includes refitting of motor at site with proper alignment with pump g) Deduct the cost of old scrap as 80% of the weight of copper winding a.(72 kg) or as per actual at at site for calculation purposes scrap shall be deducted @ 450/Kg.

Repairs to 300 HP ATS starter of lift irrigation scheme Janbazpora-II at site by way of : a) Providing and fitting of new auto transformer coil fabricated out of copper wire of standard size and quality (03 legs @ 13.5 kg/leg approximately= 40.5 kg) b) Providing, fitting of insulation material such as cardboard, latheride paper, cotton tape, PVC paper, varnishing, nuts and bolts etc c) Replacement of damaged brass bolts with nuts as per sample of incoming and outgoing connections. d) Reassembling of auto coil at site by way of fitment of coils, core piece and after proper cleaning, clamping channels, nuts, bolts, soldering of connections and testing on full load. e) Deducting cost of scrap @ 80% of the total value of S. no. 02. (i.e. 32.4 kg) or as per actual at at site for calculation purposes scrap shall be deducted @ 450/Kg.

Repairs to damaged M.S Strainer of 45 cusec V.T pump unit no.02 of lift irrigation scheme Janbazpora-I by way of shifting it to workshop in private load carrier with the help of skilled labour. The job includes the charge for providing & fitting of new mesh , M.S bars round the strainer with proper welding using good quality electrodes, after proper repairs shifted it back to site, fitted it properly with pump & tested on full load.The job involves the charge of welding electrodes, M.S bars, skilled labours, private vehicle etc for the completion of work.
