Surface excavation not exceeding 30cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m width and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed

Returning, filling in trenches, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in soft/loose soil complete all as directed.

M&L Dry sand cushioning to underground cable with screened, washed river sand, including punning gently all as specified and directed. Note: - Thickness after punning will be measured for payment.

Removal of excavated material at a distance not exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5 mtr above the starting point in soft / loose soil complete all as directed.

Supply and spreading of aggregate of size 63 to 40 mm graded stone aggregate on surface with 10 cm depth inside pole mounted Sub Station yard complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge.

M & L PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) for foundation of the pole complete all as specified and directed.

M & L PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) for filling mass concrete arround the pole complete all as specified and directed.

M & L PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) for coping of the pole including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Cross arms, bracing, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts & bolts , washers , welding bending cold or hot , drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete as in repairs all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Maintenance/ complete testing, overhauling and calibrating of unserviceable HT VCB 11 KV 630 Amps, 50Hz of Make Areva, disconnecting and opening the complete Busbar assembly and replacement of all unserviceable busbar insulators and providing anti track spray on the inner surface of busbar chamber busbar ends and on busbar insulators maintenance of HT VCB trolley includes operating mechanism tripping system, vacuum interrupter cleaning all part thoroughly and lubrication all moving part, checking of the insulation resistance value of all 11 KV CT and PT and replacement of the unserviceable CT & PT checking of CT for proper functioning checking of protection device calibrating the same as per requirement and re setting if required reassemble complete VCB after obtaining and colour with synthetic enamel paint over a red oxide primer after preparation of old painted surface complete all as directed. Scope for Maintenance of VCB (i) Checking the closing & operation of VCB and functional checks and repair replacement of the defective components (ii) Overhauling and calibration of relays (secondary injection/Primary injection on each multiple setting of relays) (iii) Setting and coordination of relays (iv) Checking and recording of IR value of VCB trolley and panel (v) Checking/ repairing / rectification of the control wiring (vi) Replacement of panel heater 80 watt (vii) Replacement of worn out bushing PT/ Busbar support insulators (viii) Replacement of unserviceable and open circuit CT’s (ix) Checking fiber plates, gaskets applying multi grease to the mechanical parts& dry graphite conductive sealant to contracts of PT etc & re assembling the same and commissioning complete to entire satisfaction of Engr in Charge

Note : (i) All spares such as busbar insulator, CT, PT, Tripping coil/ closing coil space heater, power pack, protection relay etc required for replacement shall be measured and paid separately under respective item of schedule here in after as supply only. (ii) Machine grease oil liquid sealant and any minor item costing upto Rs 750 will be included in the unit rate of above item and for satisfactory function of the breakers and no extra cost will be allowed. Decision of accepting officer in this regard will remain final & binding. (iii) The overhauling of HT breakers to be carried out either through OEMs service Engineer/ authorized dealer/ San & Engg consultant/ Triotech consultant / those who possess HT handling licensee (iv) Anti track high gloss spray shall be measured and paid separately

Scope for Maintenance of VCB: (i) Checking the closing & opening operation of VCB and functional checks and Repair/ Replacement of the defective components.
