Routine maintenance of EI and fans, street lights main boards & DBs, submain/circuit wiring, complete with allied fixtures. In all days of the month except Sundays and holidays. Operation and routine maintenance of 1000 KVA 11 KV/415 Volts electric sub station and allied equipment i/c HT & LT switch gears, cables & D.G. set, protective equipment on all days i/c Sundays and holidays by providing following minimum staff and in accordance with the scope of work, as per terms & conditions as specified. Inventory : i) HT Panel - 1 No. ii) LT Panel - 1 No. iii) 500 KVA oil type - 2 Nos. transformer. iv) Cable switch gear etc. v) 160 KVA D.G. Set.- 1 No. vi) 30 KVA D.G. Set.- 2 Nos. Labour a) Electrician cum DG Set Operator – 1 No. (General Shift) b) Khallasi – 1 No. (General Shift)

Operation of 2 Nos. 13 Passenger Lifts & 1 No. Dumb waiter on all days of the month excluding Sundays & Holidays as per terms & conditions attached and by providing following minimum staff : Lift operator-2 Nos. (In general shift of each lift)

Routine maintenance and operation of following fire fighting and fire detection installation i/c routine testing of all equipments upkeeping all installation in operational and tiddy conditions on all days i/c Saturday Sunday and holidays as per terms and conditions attached i) Wet riser system complete with all associated installation such as hose reel, hose drum, main fire pumping set, pressurization pumping set, diesel engine driven, pumpin sets along with panel board and associated accessories. ii) Conventional fire alarm system complete with heat/ smoke detector along with there associated accessories etc. ii) CO2 flooding separation system comprising with 32 x 45 kg. CO2 fire cylinder and fire cylinder etc. Workmen staff (a) Fire Operator – 1 No. (In General Shift) (b) Khallasi – 1 No. (In General Shift)

Sub Head-V (Operation and maintenance of 2 X 130 TR Capacity Chilled Water Central AC Plant) Operation, maintenance and upkeep of 2 X 130 TR capacity (Bluestar Make) chilled water central AC plant having main equipment i.e. compressors, chiller, condensers, AHUs i/c HWG, MV Panel boards, cubical boards, pumps, Phase sequences, cables etc. on all days i/c sundays & holidays as per terms & conditions as specified as required. a) Senior Technician – 1 No (Once in a week) b) AC Mechanic – 1 Nos. (In general Shift) c) Khallasi – 1 No. (In general shift)
