'Supply and fixing sub main wiring with two runs of single core FRLS PVC insulated multi-stranded copper conductor 4 Sqmm and one run of 4 Sqmm for earth continuous earth wire including 20mm dia PVC conduit medium grade ISI marked with all accessories complete all as specified and directed. Note : Three runs of PVC cable 4 sqmm & one runs of PVC Conduit will be considered as one unit.

EXTERNAL ELECTRIC SUPPLY WORKS

M & L for sand cushioning with a layer of fine sand 8 cm thick before laying of cable and 15 cm thick after laying of cable in trenches complete all as specified. Note: (i) Measurement shall be taken only after punning down sand cushioning.

Supplying, transporting to site, erecting and fixing in poistion steel tubular swaged poles complete with MS base plate of size 300 x 300 x 6mm continuously welded to pole, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws as specified type 410 SP- 55 (11 metres long) including two coats of black bituminous paint internally throughout and externally upto embedded portion and including applying two coats of synthetic enamel aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer with black and white strip of 30 cm each upto 1.5 m height and two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer externally on remaining exposed surface after errection in position including preparation of surface, complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Necessary earth work , PCC coping will be measured and paid for separately.

M&L Earthling complete with galvinised steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60cm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below normal ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level , connecting to galvanised iron earth strip 32x6 mm, by means of bolt nuts , check nuts and washer of galvanised iron and GI strip protection by light grade GI pipe 40 mm dia upto 7.5 mtr including provn of concrete pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregates, with fair finish , internal surface of concrete chamber shall be given 15mm thick plaster in CM 1:4 , funnel with wire gauge (0.68mm) 8 mesh per liner inch ,80 mm thick RCC pit cover 320mmx320mm of concree (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm aggregate reinforced with XPM jalli and charcoal dust and common salt all as in shown in electrical plate No-03 of MES SSR Pt-I and specified including provision of earth lead strip protected by 40 mm dia light grade GI Pipe and watering pipe shall be 20 mm dia medium grade and including all excavation and earth work and connecting the earthing to and earthing test point/ Transformer neutral / body / LT panel etc. and testing on completion , complete all as specified and directed Note: The unit quoted rate of earthing shall be deemed to included cost of 7.5 M long GI earth strip 32x6 mm and protection pipe of 40 mm bore light grade, GI 20mm dia medium grade watering pipe. Any variation in length shall be adjusted through deviation order.

Material and labour for sub class 'B' bricks laid dry and perpendicular to the axis of the cable in trenches as cable protection complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing 32 Amp, TP (3P + E) sheet metal earth plug and socket DBs for 3 phase power supply complete all as specifeid and directed.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of copper wound transformer, step down, 160 KVA, outdoor type, complete with standard fittings, HT, 11 KV, 3 phase, LT 433 volts, 3 phase 4 wire with core type copper wound oil immersed, naturally cooled, ON AN with external cooling tubes/fins, delta connected on primary side (HV) and star connected on secondary side (LV) having tapping at 0 ±2.5% and ±5% and ±7.5% on HV side to be changed by means of hand operated off load tap changer /gear switch handle shall be provided with the locking arrangement alongwith top position indicator : -
