PART A :-Erection,Testing and Commissioning of 40 HP pump set with Motor (2 Nos.) including suction and delivery line.

Formation of foundation for erecting 40 HP pump set supplied at site, 1 meter depth cement concrete foundation with 2 m length 1 m width (20 cm offset all around the base plate) CC 1:2:4 and fixing foundation bolt etc as per the direction of departmental officers at site.

Providing suitable concrete foundation for 3 HP vacuum pump set and fixing foundation bolt complete as per the directions of departmental officer at site.

Supply of GI pipe ,brass full way valve and fittings for 3 HP vacuum pump line as per site condition including cost of all materials,labour ,conveyance etc complete as per the direction of departmental officers at site

MS PIPES 110mm - Manufacturing supplying and fitting 110mm dia MS pipe in suction & delivery side with suitable bends, Y Joint etc. of various lengths with shell thickness 6mm including trenching, refilling with necessary supporting structures as directed by the site in charge & painting with 2 coats of red oxide primer, laying the same to line and level as directed by Departmental officers at the site.

Providing and fitting suitable flange, gasket including labour, conveyance etc,complete.

Providing and fixing eccentric/concentric reducer of standard specifications for 100 NB MS suction line & Delivery Line, including labour charges, conveyance etc, complete as per the directions departmental officer at site.

Providing and fitting 100NB MS suitable angle for suction line/ Delivery end, including cost of flange , gasket,nut and bolt,labour,conveyance etc,complete.

Supply and fitting of strainer and accessories as per the direction of departmental officers at site

Supply and fitting of CI Non Return Valve suitable for the pump exit diameter of approved quality for delivery line including cost of flange,gasket and labour as per the direction of departmental officers at site

Providing & Fixing suitable PVC Pipes including joining of pipes with one step PVC solvent cement,trenching of 60cm Depth, refilling & testing of joints complete as per direction of officer in charge. 110 mm Dia 10 kgf/cm2

Supply and fitting of PVC angle suitable for 110 mm NB PVC pipe class-3 including cost of materials,conveyance and labour charges etc,complete as per the directions of departmental officer at site.

Providing and fixing C.I double acting air valve of approved quality with bolts, nuts, rubber insertion etc. complete ( The tail pieces, tapers etc. if required will be paid separately):100 mm dia

Supply , fitting and laying of overhead tank and PVC pipe for providing priming for 3 HP vacuum pump including cost of materials, labour and conveyance etc complete as per the direction of departmental officers at site
