Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded Material, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed Material to work site, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401

Providing and applying tack coat using hot straight run bitumen of grade VG - 10 including heating the bitumen, spraying the bitumen with mechanically operated spray unit fitted on bitumen boiler, cleaning and preparing the existing road surface as per specifications :On bituminous surface @ 0.50 Kg / sqm.

Providing and laying dense graded bituminous macadam with higher capacity batch type HMP using crushed aggregates of specified grading, pemixed with bituminous binder @ 4.5 percent by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor contral to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH Specification clause No.505 complete in all respects.

Providing and laying Bituminous concrete with higher capacity batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @5.4 percent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with Hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor contral to the required grade, leel and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction and density compaction as per MORTH specification, Clause No. 507 complete in all respects.
