Taking down carefully copper/aluminium point wiring (light ,fan,socket or power) complete (fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants regulators sockets etc to be measured separately) removing materials from site taken as credit and making good the disturbed surfaces all as specified and as directed

Taking down ofcarefully by unscrewing from boards /outlet boxes ,fittings and fixtures such as switches , sockets, ceiling roses, lamp holders, brackets, ceiling fittings, bulk head fittings, tube light fittings and regulators etc for reuse at site or taken as credit and making good the disturbed surfaces all as specified and as directed

M & L for point wiring in and including rigid non metallic PVC casing and caping ISI marked of suitable dia, with 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed FRLS copper conductor cable, single core, 1100 volts grade as per IS colour code, with pressed steel terminal boxes of suitable sizes & 1.6mm thick duly painted inner & outside for mounting switches, sockets, fan regulator etc with 3mm thick plastic laminated sheet cover with brass screw, cup washer & including PVC insulated & unsheathed stranded FRLS copper condutor of 1.5 Sqmm as continuous earth wire complete for one light point controlled by one switch, all as specified as directed.

-Ditto- all as per item No.3 but for one 5 Amps socket outlet point 3 pin on same board alongwith other switches.

M & L for point wiring in and including rigid non metallic non metallic PVC casing and caping , ISI marked of suitable dia, with 4 Sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed FRLS stranded copper conductor cable, single core, 1100 volts grade as per IS colour code, with pressed steel terminal boxes of suitable sizes & 1.6mm thick duly painted inner & outside for mounting switches, sockets, fan regulator etc with 3mm thick plastic laminated sheet cover with brass screw , cup washer & including PVC insulated & unsheathed stranded FRLS copper condutor of 4 Sqmm as continuous earth wire for 15 Amps socket independent complete all as specified as directed.

M & L switch flush type single pole, one way, 5 Amps, all as specified and directed.

M & L switch socket combination 3 pin 5 Amps flush type, all as specified and directed.

M & L switch socket combination 3 pin 15 Amps and 3 pin 5 Amps flush type, all as specified and directed.

M & L ceiling rose three terminals 230 V (ISI marked) surface bakelite comlete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix of LED Tubelights of 20W(+/- 10% Tolerance) with PVC body linear batten and polycarbonate diffuser having driver of minimum 4KV Surge protection, powerfactor>0.95,THD</=10%, rated life of 50,000 hours, system efficacy greater than or equal to 125 lm/w, including all necessary accessories as required for the light fixture. (Test Reports for the above credentials shall be submitted and minimum 2 Year Warranty for the fixture shall be provided by the contractor). Note: Light fixtures complete with all necessary accessories including PVC Flexible pipes, adopters, connectors etc as required at site is deemed to be included in the rate(Sample shall be approved by the engineer in charge).

S&F three pole and neutral enclosure with a three pin and earth plug and socket complete with one triple pole MCB 32 amps capacity and taking down existing u/s item all as specified and as directed.

M&L Sub main wiring with 4 runs of 6 sq mm single core, multistranded PVC insulated unsheathed FRLS cable 1100 volts grade with copper conductor, drawn in and including pvc casing and caping of suitable size, conduit fittings and accessories concealed in wall/roof/floor with one run of 6 sq mm PVC insulated unsheathed FRLS copper conductor cable as earth continuity conductor and connecting to common earth dully all as specified. Note : Four single cable run of 6 sq mm and one run of 6 sq mm earth wire and conduit measured as one unit length).

Taking down of submain wiring of any size with conduit complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and laying synthetic rubber insulated mats 2 mm thick for voltage upto 3.3 K for electrical purpose as per IS15652-2006 (superseding IS 5424)suitable for electrical shock safety including taking down of existing mat complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for painting on old inner/outer surfaces LT panel by spray paint after scrubbing painting of indoor panel of size up to 2m x 1.5mx.2m and painting the cleaned surface with synthetic enamel paint of existing colour to achieve good finish by applying two coats of paints by spray painting machine carefully after disconnection of power supply and covering the meters, indicators and switches to prevent from fall of paint drop on them and removing burned old wirings, rewelding of any detached portions from the panel , over all inside cleaning of the panels complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Rate deemed to be inclusive of cleaning floor of machine room for laying of mat and proper layout of hanging cables in the electrical room etc

Supply, fabricating, fixing in repairs the CRCA sheet metal of any thickness for the body/door of the LT Panel of required size & chequred plate including the cutting /removing of the existing unserviceable part , making the appropriate hole for proper cable entry/exit and with proper fasteners required as per site requirement all as specified and directed.

M&L for painting on old surfaces chequred plate/panels by spray paint after cleaning strains and grease/oil spots with sand paper & thinner and painting the cleaned surface with synthetic enamel paint of existing colour to achieve good finish by applying two coats of paints all as specified and as directed

S&F 3P module DIN ,24 hours program, back up of Hrs , current capacity 16 to 20 Amps with suitable contactor and MCB including suitable size metal enclosure and taking down of old timer switch all as specified and as directed
