M&L for mild steel work Fe-410-S grade in cross arms, bracing, supports,clamps and back plate, fabricated from structural steel section including nuts bolts and washers, welding, bending cold or hot drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size as indicated or directed and including two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer including dismantling cross arms of mild steel channel or angle section etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing pin type, porelain, vitreous, white, brown or green insulator including one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washers and one galvanised iron nut, 100 mm height, 65mm dia for 1100 volts grade complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for stringing, drawing of GI wire 4 mm dia on LT electric lines including binding, jointing and for guarding cradle made to shape hexagonal/rectangular or any shape fabricted etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in replacement of anti climbing device spikes type fabricated out of MS bar (round, square and flat) including nuts bolts, washers and welding in two halves made to shape to suit the cross section of the pole etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in replacement of danger notice plate of 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white with letter figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with MS clamps bolts and nuts of approved size for LT 20x15 cm size etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing or passing through pipe, stranded conductor 6 Sqmm, 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable with PVC insulated aluminium conductor served with an inner sheathing of PVC tape and overall PVC sheathed in service connections suspended by insulating hangers not more than 1 meter apart including 4 mm suspension wire, one twin core cable flat or circular etc all as specified and directed.

M&L for prepartion of old painted steel and iron surfaces and painting to steel tubular LT poles with two coats of synthetic enamelled paint upto 1.5 m height above from ground level/plinth block (in yellow, Red and black strips of 30 cm wide each) and applying two coats of aluminium paint above 1.5 m height of poles including painting on cross arms, bracing, clamps etc and writing pole Nos with thick black synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and dircted.

Supply and Fixing pole mounting box / junction box made out of 1.66mm thick MS CRCA sheet / fibar sheet of size 230 x170 x 105 mm complete suitable for three phase connection with clamps of flat iron/GI off size 25 x 4 mm including suitable size nut, bolts, washer etc to fix on pole and provide with hinged door and locking system all painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paints over one coat of red oxide primer and comprising of the following :- (i) Aluminium bus bar 150mm long size 20 x 50 mm fixed on four Nos porcelain insulator each bus bar provided with four Nos of Nuts, bolts, washer for incoming and out going cable. (ii) MCB SP 230V 5 to 32A, 10 KA – 1 Nos.

Trimming of trees all as along the LT line in such away that there is clear distance of 3.00 mtr between tree and electric line. The work will be executed to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge irrespective of the size of the tree branches etc complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (1). Tree branches will be left as it is the wood belong to Cantt Board/DO. They will be responsible for the wood. (2) Contractor shall employ sufficient labour to complete the full one job within 15 days. (3). Contractor will be responsible for any type of accident while trimming the trees. (4) Contractor superviser will take proper shut down for MES installation before starting the work and clear it before resuming power supply, however full assistant will be provided by MES staff.

M & L for servicing, overhauling, checking and testing complete of DG set 100 KVA at Nainital as under:- (a) Supply and replacement of Lub oil filter Primary and Secondary, hose bend & hose pipe, air filter. (b) Drain out old lubricant oil from oil sump and supply and filling of fresh lubricant oil 20 W 40 grade. (c) Drain out water from radiator of engine and cleaning the same with anti rusting solution and supply and filling of coolant. (d) Checking and making necessary adjustment to drive belts, speed governor and fuel injectors for smooth function of the engine complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down steel tubing of any grade including all GI fitting laid in trenches or on open surface and connections for relaying or removal complete all as specified and directed for the following sizes :- (a) 50 mm dia

Supply and fix electronic meters temper proof LCD display with polycarbonate cover 230v, 10-60amp, accuracy class-I 50Hz, confirming to IS 13779, IP-54, with parameters to show data, time, current reading, load, PF, voltage and KWH including suitable copper wire as requirement at site complete all as specified and directed. Existing old meter will be deposited at MES store.
