Construction of New Domestic Terminal Building and miscellaneous works including Maintenance, Operation and AICMC at Rajahmundry Airport

Amount

Construction of the Project/Work on the Site as set forth in Schedule A and as specified in Schedule-B together with provision of Project Facilities as specified in Schedule-C, and in conformity with the Specifications and Standards set forth in Schedule-D. Performance and fulfilment of all other obligations of the Contractor and ensuring compliance to all provisions contained elsewhere in the contract and in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement and matters incidental thereto or necessary for the performance of any or all of the obligations of the Contractor under this Agreement.

Maintenance of the Constructed Project in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement and in conformity with the requirements set forth in Schedule-N Performance and fulfilment of all other obligations of the Contractor and ensuring compliance to all provisions contained elsewhere in the contract and in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement and matters incidental thereto or necessary for the performance of any or all of the obligations of the Contractor under this Agreement.

Operational and Service Charges for maintaining all assets (All civil works but excluding horticulture works) constructed under the project for 02 years during Defect liability period. (Total cost for 02 years to be quoted)

Operational and Service Charges including preventive maintenance, annual repairs and maintaining all assets (All civil works but excluding horticulture works) constructed under the project for 05 years after expiry of Defect liability period of 02 years. (Total cost for 05 years to be quoted after defect liability period of 02 years )

Operational and Service Charges including preventive maintenance, annual maintenance and maintaining all horticulture works constructed under the project for 07 years. (Total cost for 07 years to be quoted)

Providing manpower for Operation & Services of DG sets, Substation equipments, Internal & external electrical installation, HVAC & BMS, Fire Fighting, Fire alarm System , WTP, STP etc. as per standard OEM recommendations , maintenance schedules & practices as per manpower/ shift schedule mentioned in special conditions of contract. Note:- Amount to be quoted for first year only. Yearly 10% cumulative enhancement on first year cost shall be application from second year onwards. Final amount for 7 years shall be automatically calculated and will be reflected in total amount quoted.

All inclusive Comprehensive Maintenance of all Substation equipments, DG sets along with the UPS & all other associated works after DLP of Two years as provided under the main contract including trouble shooting, preventive maintenance and breakdown maintenance etc. as required as per good engineering practice, recommendation of the manufacturer, instructions of Engineer-in-Charge and as per terms and conditions specified. Note:- Amount to be quoted for first year only. Yearly 07% cumulative enhancement on first year cost shall be application from second year onwards. Final amount for 5 years shall be automatically calculated and will be reflected in total amount quoted.

All inclusive Comprehensive Maintenance of Internal & External Electrical, Fire Alarm, PA System with car calling along with all other associated works after DLP of Two years as provided under the main contract including trouble shooting, preventive maintenance and breakdown maintenance etc. as required as per good engineering practice, recommendation of the manufacturer, instructions of Engineer-in-Charge and as per terms and conditions specified. Note:- Amount to be quoted for first year only. Yearly 07% cumulative enhancement on first year cost shall be application from second year onwards. Final amount for 5 years shall be automatically calculated and will be reflected in total amount quoted.

All inclusive Comprehensive Maintenance of all Lifts and escalators after DLP of Two years as provided under the main contract including trouble shooting, preventive maintenance and breakdown maintenance etc. as required as per good engineering practice, recommendation of the manufacturer, instructions of Engineer-in-Charge and as per terms and conditions specified. All inclusive Comprehensive Maintenance of Flight Information Display System (FIDS) and its associated system after 03 years CAMC including 02 years of DLP (03 years CAMC is inclusive in construction cost) as provided under the main contract including trouble shooting, preventive maintenance and breakdown maintenance etc. as required as per good engineering practice, recommendation of the manufacturer, instructions of Engineer-in-Charge and as per terms and conditions specified from 4th to 7th Year after commissioning of project. Note: i) 03 years CAMC (02 years during DLP and 01 years after DLP) is inclusive in construction cost. ii) Amount to be quoted for 4th Year only. iii) Yearly 10% cumulative enhancement on fourth year cost shall be applicable from 5th Year onwards. iv) Final amount for 04 years (4th to 7th year) shall be automatically calculated and will be reflected in total Amount quoted.

All inclusive Comprehensive Maintenance of SCCTV and its associated system after 03 years CAMC including 02 years of DLP (03 years CAMC is inclusive in construction cost) as provided under the main contract including trouble shooting, preventive maintenance and breakdown maintenance etc. as required as per good engineering practice, recommendation of the manufacturer, instructions of Engineer-in-Charge and as per terms and conditions specified from 4th to 7th Year after commissioning of project. Note: i) 03 years CAMC (02 years during DLP and 01 years after DLP) is inclusive in construction cost. ii) Amount to be quoted for 4th Year only. iii) Yearly 10% cumulative enhancement on fourth year cost shall be applicable from 5th Year onwards. iv) Final amount for 04 years(4th to 7th year) shall be automatically calculated and will be reflected in total Amount quoted.

All inclusive Comprehensive Maintenance of Active Networking Components after 02 years CAMC (02 years CAMC during DLP of 02 years is inclusive in construction cost) as provided under the main contract including trouble shooting, preventive maintenance and breakdown maintenance etc. as required as per good engineering practice, recommendation of the manufacturer, instructions of Engineer-in-Charge and as per terms and conditions specified from 3rd to 7th Year after commissioning of project. Note: i) 02 years CAMC during DLP is inclusive in construction cost. ii) Amount to be quoted for 3rd Year only. iii) Yearly 7% cumulative enhancement on 3rd year cost shall be applicable from 4th Year onwards. iv) Final amount for 05 years (3rd to 7th year) shall be automatically calculated and will be reflected in total Amount quoted.

All inclusive Comprehensive Maintenance of Passive Cabling Components after 02 years CAMC (02 years CAMC during DLP of 02 years is inclusive in construction cost) as provided under the main contract including trouble shooting, preventive maintenance and breakdown maintenance etc. as required as per good engineering practice, recommendation of the manufacturer, instructions of Engineer-in-Charge and as per terms and conditions specified from 3rd to 7th Year after commissioning of project. Note: i) 02 years CAMC during DLP is inclusive in construction cost. ii) Amount to be quoted for 3rd Year only. iii) Yearly 7% cumulative enhancement on 3rd year cost shall be applicable from 4th Year onwards. iv) Final amount for 05 years (3rd to 7th year) shall be automatically calculated and will be reflected in total Amount quoted.

All inclusive Comprehensive Maintenance of Data Center (Server Room) after 02 years CAMC (02 years CAMC during DLP of 02 years is inclusive in construction cost) as provided under the main contract including trouble shooting, preventive maintenance and breakdown maintenance etc. as required as per good engineering practice, recommendation of the manufacturer, instructions of Engineer-in-Charge and as per terms and conditions specified from 3rd to 7th Year after commissioning of project. Note: i) 02 years CAMC during DLP is inclusive in construction cost. ii) Amount to be quoted for 3rd Year only. iii) Yearly 7% cumulative enhancement on 3rd year cost shall be applicable from 4th Year onwards. iv) Final amount for 05 years (3rd to 7th year) shall be automatically calculated and will be reflected in total Amount quoted.
