Agency/Contractor/Bidder has to quote rates of services charges in the range of 3.85% to 7.00% of
1 Minimum Wages As per Minimum Wages Act including other charges. i.e. DA, EPF including
administrative charges, ESIC & Bonus.
Even if rates are quoted Services charges lower than 3.85% on minimum wages including other charges i.e.
2 DA, EPF including administrative charges, ESIC and Bonus after deducting labour cess, his bid considered
non responsive and out rightly rejected as per special condition no.1.
3 GST and Income tax TDS will be deducted at a source while making payments of bills
The above amount derived by adopting prevailing minimum wages rate including prevailing provisions of
EPF, ESIS and GST Tax rates as per rules.
Bidders has to put their bid considering above all this provisions and requirements of paying the wages to the
persons engaged as per Schedule-B and the charges applicable during the currency of contract of this work.
5 The payment to the person engaged in the work by the bidder should be made through cheques or online.
(All the payment shall be engaged persons made from banking system either bonus or advance payment,
Cash payment are not allowed)
All the columns in the Schedule-B filled in ink and the total of the entries in the last column should be struck
6 by the Contractor under signed.
Bidder shall have to provide the required documents and evidence of payment made to the men engaged on
the work while claiming each R.A. Bill.
Bidder has to distinguish the GST tax payable to him separately at the applicable rate of each of running bill
8 claimed by him for payment
All the work shall be carried out as per Public works Department Hand book and other specification of the
Division as directed.
Rates quoted include clearance of site (Prior to commencement of work and as its close) in all respects and
hold good for work under all conditions site moisture, weather etc.
11 The rate analysis of quoted rate of each item are to be submitted physically with supporting documents
