LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE CHARGES for complete maintenance of the entire garden features in the garden area including lawn, trees, shrubs, flower beds, foliage plants, creepers, hedges and edges. This work includes the following. Operations like hoeing, weeding, pruning, training, replacement of dead plants, gap filling, watering, mowing of lawn, grass side cutting manually or by using brush cutter, removal of garden waste, making ring basins and correction of ring basins, bush cutting, supply & applying farmyard manure, applicaiton of insecticide, pesticide fungicide, fertilizers, top dressing of lawn with good earth and manure, plant nursery works and other garden related maintenance work (excluding the cost of material which shall be supplied by the department) as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Complete maintenance of all types/ages of avenue trees (Out side garden features) , jobs like making of basin at regular interval i/c watering, weeding, pruning & application of fertilizer etc, (excluding the cost of material which shall be supplied by the department and other T & P material/articles shall be provided by the contractor), cost including required manpower and work shall be completed as per direction of officer in charge.

Complete maintenance of shrubs (Out side garden features), jobs like making of basin at regular interval i/c watering, weeding, pruning & application of fertilizer etc, (excluding the cost of material which shall be supplied by the department), cost including required manpower and work shall be completed as per direction of officer in charge.

Note for item -1,2 &3: (a) The rate which including supply of a minimum workment of 11 nos daily (2 Skilled, 7 Semi-skilled and 2 Supervisors) per day . In this, for main campus - 6 Gardeners (1+5) + 1 Supervisor and for Anu vihar - 3 Garderners (1+2)+ 1supervisors for maintaining the garden and other greenery of the above items, supply of fuel (Petrol,oil and grease etc) for machineries, attending repair/maintanance works to the machineries, other tools and tackles, regulating the consumables, cost towards transportation for men & materials etc. (Cost of irrigation water, manure, fertilizer, insecticide and other chemicals will be paid serperately under relevant item of work). Bidder shall quote accordingly. (b) The quoted rate for these items will be paid after completion of each month maintance. (c) Bidder shall also maintain daily attendance register for workmen, payment register, ESIC & EPF records. (d) Bidder shall arrang his own for entry & exit passes for workmen and vehicles, other related required documents. (e) Cost is including clearing and removal of all garden cutting wastes from the site and stack at remote location as directed by In Charge.

Supply of Avenue trees like Magnolia grandiflora height 8-10 feet. in big poly bag size 25 cm on any special occasions at the site with mortality replacement during the entire period of contract.

Providing and wartering of irrigation water through water tanker of Horticulture features i.e. lawn, tree, shrubs, hedge/edge, ground cover etc. at the site of work. Water tanker having 5000 lit. capacity with one labour for watering i/c cost of water, filling of tanker, wartering at site with all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Rental items for Landscape Maintenance

Hire charges of Hydraulic Excavator (3D) with driver and fuel as whenever required.
