Design,Construction,Testing and Commissioning of Intake Well cum Pump House and allied works. Construction of 9m. Dia. Intake Well - Design, construction, testing, commissioning and maintenance of 9m. Dia. Plastering and Painting of WTP components Renovation of existing 20MLD WTP at Vellani including Re-plastering of Aerator and Raw water channel and patch plastering and painting wherever necessary on all components of WTP by dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish etc., repairing the existing plasters of thickness 12mm to 20mm in CM 1:4, removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc., 12mm cement plaster finished with floating coat of cement of mix 1:4 and mix 1:3 etc. on dismantled surface, finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade wherever necessary, wall painting with plastic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade wherever necessary, finishing with epoxy paint(2 or more coats) as per manufacturer's specifications including appropriate priming coat,preparation of surface wherever necessary, painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade wherever necessary, finishing with deluxe multi surface paint system for interiors and exteriors using primer as per manufacturers specifications: painting steel(two or more coats) work with deluxe multi surface paint to give an even shade for CI/DI pipes, valves, clarrifloculator bridge and other items etc complete required for the satisfactory completion of the work as per direction of departmental officers in charge and scope of work. Truss work Truss work over filter house by steel work in built up tubular(round,square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) trusses(hot finished welded type tubes)etc. including cutting, hoisting, fixing position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washer etc. for truss work, providing corrugate GS sheet roofing of 0.63mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275kg/m2 including vertical/curved surface fixed with polymer coated hooks,bolts & nuts, washers, including a coat of approved steel primer and two coats of approved paint on overlapping of sheets for truss work etc. complete required for the satisfactory completion of the work as per direction of departmental officers in charge and scope of work. Installation of SCADA arrangements for 26 MLD WTP Design and implementation of 100% automation of the scheme operation integrated with SCADA system connected with the raw water pumping station and water treatment plant and to be designed to provide full operational data to the centralized display at central control room in the Water Treatment Plant(excluding OH tank) as per direction of departmental officers in charge and scope of work.

Nandhi junction to Pulloth road starting ( Karuvannur - kattoor road)- 180m- Road restoration work after pipe line work including excavation for road work in soil with hydraulic excavator of 0.9 cum bucket capacity including cutting and loading in tippers,trimming bottom and side slopes in accordance with requirements of lines,grades and cross sections, and transporting to the embankment location within all lifts and leads upto 1000m, construction of GSB by providing graded materials, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the derired density as per cl 401,providing,laying,apreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix mecadam specification including premixing the material with water at OMC, providing and applying preimer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS) on prepared surface of granular base, supplying and stacking 12mm hard blue granite broken stone in standard heaps for measurement (IRC 3.2.1a), supplying and stacking 6mm hard blue granite broken stone in standard heaps for measurement(IRC 3.2.1a), providing, laying and rolling of open graded premix carpet of 20mm thickness with 0.27cum of 12mm departmental aggregates premixed with 12.96kg of bitumen per 10sqm using penetration grade bitumen to required line, grade and level on a previously prepared base after priming the existing surface with 5kg of bitumen (VG30) 10sqm including mixing in a suitable plant,laying and rolling with a three wheel static roller of 80-100KN capacity finished to required level and grades followed by a seal coat of 0.09 cum of 6mm departmental aggreagates premixed with 8.64kg of bitumen per 10sqm as per the PWD specifications and direction of Departmental officers in charge and scope of work.
