Solid block masonry with precast machine moulded cement concrete solid block of size 300x200x150mm having minimum compressive strength of 35kg/sqcm and density not less than 1800kg/cum in cement concrete 1:5:10 ( 1 cement: 5 crused stone sand: 10 graded stone aggregate 12mm nominal size) with cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement:6 coarse sand) including scaffolding, racking out joints and filling joints with cement mortar, finishing neatly etc. upto plinth level.all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge

12 mm cement plaster of mix : (a) 1:6 (1 cement: 6 fine sand)

Applying priming coats with primer of approved brand and manufacture, having low VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content. (a) With water thinnable cement primer on wall surface having VOC content less than 50 grams/litre.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade : (a) One or more coats on old work.

Providing and fixing weep holes using 50mm outer dia PVC pipes of 4kg/Sqcm cut to required length and placed inside RR masony as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge
