Insulation works/repairs in various plants under fertilizer plants in Udyogamandal except Ammonia complex.

Providing insulation blankets to the vessels, equipments and pipelines etc. including tying firmly with binding wire etc. as per instructions. (Labour only- Materials provided by the Company) -25 to 75mm thick .

Providing insulation blankets to the vessels, equipments and pipelines etc. including tying firmly with binding wire etc. as per instructions. (Labour only- Materials provided by the Company) -76 to 150mm thick.

Cold insulation with mineral wool blankets including covering with glass cloth/ hessain cloth after applying a coat of shalikot as per the insruction of Engineer in charge.(Labour only- Materials will be provided by the Company)

Covering the insulation work on vessels, equipments and pipelines etc. with Aluminium sheet including providing groove joints wherever necessary with machine and fixing the sheets with self tapping screws ,ceiling the joints with ceiling compound where ever required,etc. complete as per instructions (Labour only- Aluminium sheets and screws will be provided by the Company)

Covering the insulation work on vessels, equipments and pipelines etc. with old and reusable Aluminium sheet including providing groove joints wherever necessary with machine and fixing the sheets with self tapping screws ,ceiling the joints with ceiling compound where ever required,etc. complete as per instructions (Labour only- Aluminium sheets and screws will be provided by the Company)

Re-fixing the pre fabricated aluminium sheet covering without any damage to the existing valve, flange , box ,cups etcas per instructions (Labour only-)

Stripping and removing the existing aluminium sheet covering work and insulation blankets of different thickness from pipelines, vessels, equipments etc. and disposing the re-usable Aluminium Sheet at places pointed out / MCD and transporting the dismantled wool to low lying areas within factory premises including transportation as per instructions.

Repairing the existing aluminium sheet covering by rescrewing with fresh self tap screws including arranging the blankets in position, if required. (Labour only).

Labour charges for providing 8mm dia bolts /10 gauge GI hooks up to 300 mm long by cutting, bending & welding to the steel surface to be insulated at 300mm C/C or wherever necessary as per departmental instruction for supporting insulation, including scaffolding wherever required etc. complete at all heights (GI bolt/ wire & welding rods will be issued by the company free of cost at our stores.)
